The door frame plane is local ... I brought 3 units , 2 plates are local , extremely thin , 1 plate of good thickness , kindly replace

This item was replaced by another one of same quality issue. Outside handle (left side open) is not square to the vertical frame. Very bad looking. It could be repaired and replace. Not happy with the product.
