This powder is SO good! I had been buying the REFY brand. It is $44! This has a cooling affect on your skin and is very finely milled. Plus, I think it’s only $10.98! Great price for the very same thing!

The perfect matte for the face. Like a filter

This finely milled powder really does feel cool when you apply it! I got the Translucent Medium shade, and it works well on my light/medium skin tone. (I'm using a large fluffy brush to apply a light layer to set my makeup. I haven't tried using a velour puff or baking with it.) The powder blurs out my skin and gives a touch of extra coverage over my tinted moisturizer. When applied with a large powder brush, it leaves my skin looking smooth, with a hint of radiance, not at all dry or cakey. The finish holds up well, but if I do feel like I have to touch up in the afternoon, it works well to bring down that mid-day shine. I've taken off one star because I find the component awkwardly shaped. I didn't realize at first that the square top unscrews, and I tried to pop it straight up, resulting in the top separating. I'll admit, this was not my smartest moment! I was able to pop the lid back together and unscrew the jar. Since I just keep this on my vanity, I've left the square top off and just keep it covered with the small interior plastic cover, to save me a step in the morning. Overall, I would say this is a great product in a mid jar, but that's completely appropriate for a value priced item.

i like how the loose powder container has a sifter, so you dont gets so much powder. i think it does have a lot of powder over the sifter and is best used on flat surface. i felt the powder was very fine in texture and seemed to set on my skin. when i say set, i mean it looked like i had a dusting of powder over my face, i used a brush to remove the excess. the color i felt was a good match for my skin tone. i didn't like it when i sweat though, i noticed a powdery residue ove skin above my lip, it easily rubbed in though.

No more oily look from my other products:)
