I've Been Won Over
I wasn't really sure what to expect texture wise from these, and was a bit surprised to find that they are super chewy. I also had expected these to taste amazing for what I paid for them, and that's simply not the case. These aren't horrible, but I definitely can't eat them plain (I tried it plain just to see what it tasted like alone). I decided to spread some cashew butter & coconut cream on one as a treat, and that was definitely extremely tasty. But with that being said, I suppose that I could spread those 2 items on just about anything to make it taste good. They are a nice thickness, as both of my items spread easily on them, and they NEVER offered to tear. If you are looking for something to replace flour or corn tortillas, I believe that you'll be sorely disappointed with these. If you're looking for something to use as a veggie or fruit wrap, you may in fact like these. If you're getting them to spread tasty nut butters and such on, you also may like these. Just know that they are extremely chewy, and are very pricey per serving.UPDATE: I wasn't a huge fan of these, straight from the gate, but after using these now for some odd weeks, I've really grown accustomed to their unique texture, and they don't seem as chewy to me now, as what they initially did. I also really like the flavor of these, and have used them to wrap egg salad with, as well as my nut butter/coconut butter snack wraps. I didn't initially think that I'd purchase these again, but now I'm quite sure that I will. When you're avoiding grains but want something to wrap your tasty treats in, this can quickly become the go to wrap. I'm still not fond of the price, so I use them sparingly.

The are the best tortilla alternative I've seen
There is one place in town that carries these wraps and they over price them. When I saw the two pack for a decent price on Amazon, I jumped at it. These wraps are a great alternative to tortillas, of which I fight my addiction to. The ingredients are very simple, non gmo, vegan, and paleo friendly. After I open the wraps I keep them in the original package and then in a gallon ziploc. They keep very well over a long period. One of the nice things about these wraps is that they are bendable. I was using alternatives such as ezekiel, but they were always dry and broke or when you made a burrito the folds would tear and you end up with a drippy mess. These have a definite coconut smell, and light flavor, but i never felt as though it could over power any of my food. I recently made chicken fajitas, and wrapped them in these. It worked great. The flavor was good, and though I could small the coconut, I really didn't taste it. The burrito held together even with the fajitas and the guac and hot sauce.I love these wraps and now keep some at work, in my camper, and of course at home.

Disappointed
I am not pleased with these wraps. When I first purchased them in 2016, they were very tasty and made of coconut. The wrap was white/creamy color but this brownish, with a weird shape is not what I thought it was. I planned on ordering this every two weeks to always have what I thought I would but I got very disappointed to see that they changed it. The each wrap is the size of your palm with all your finger wide opened. The shape is not circular (and it may be because they're "handmade"). Important to mention that an omelette of three or two eggs is bigger than the actual wrap. You feel like you're eating tissue paper. I would not recommend this to anyone. They're not as good as they were before.

Paleo wraps a good substitute
These are very good. They have a bit of a coconut flavor and scent, but it doesn't affect the overall taste. I wanted these as a substitute of higher carb wonton wraps for making wonton soup, and experimented with these by dividing one wrapper into 4ths, brushing the 4ths with egg, filling with shrimp and green onion, then I simmered them in water for 5 minutes before draining and putting into a bowl before pouring hot chicken broth seasoned with sesame oil and soy sauce over the wontons. They have a slightly different texture and mouth feel than regular wontons, and don't 'expand' from being in liquid the way regular wontons do, but this was only a minor thing to get used to. I was worried they couldn't be cooked this way, but I'm happy to say I was wrong. If you need to cut carbs but love wonton soup, these paleo wraps are a reasonable substitute for the higher carb flour wonton wraps. I plan to try making lumpia next - am pretty sure I'll like those just fine as well.

Wrap and Sandwich Re-Discovery, My Gluten Free Friends!
Being gluten free since 2006, I'd pretty much given up hope of finding anything that could serve as a reasonable facsimile for a sandwich or wrap ... but I recently chaperoned a field trip where carry-on lunch without a refrigeration was necessary. So I bought these with the intention of creating a peanut butter wrap. I was surprised ... no, more than surprised, really ... Amazed. I was (and still am) in love.Let me count the ways: these wraps - unlike any gluten-free bread replacement - (1) remain intact over long periods of time; (2) without becoming soggy; (3) without becoming sticky; (4) without disintegrating; (5) without imparting a competing flavor with the contents of the wrap (speaking specifically about the "plain" flavor, I've also tried the turmeric flavor which does impart an additive flavor).Yes, they are pricey, but they are worth it. So much more worth the hundreds of dollars I've paid for gluten free bread, which is also very pricey and a Colossal Fail as a bread replacement / sandwich wrap.I loved these wraps with peanut butter, fruit spread, cream cheese, tuna fish, salmon spread, veggies ... can't wait to try them with everything ... these wraps have been like re-discovering a long lost love.
