Good product
Have used it for a month. No problems. Slightly noisy, but much less than a ventilation fan. No damage on delivery. Please buy a six inches aluminium exhaust pipe (Rs 950) and a cover (Rs 850). Fits well. I bought it from Amazon. Service charge was paid for fitment to Sunflame service engineer (Rs 600).

Very poor service from company
Product is good but service is very poor. Customer care asked rs400 for installation. But service engineer came and asked for 1000. Very poor firing.

Ductless chimney
This chimney does a good job of sucking in kitchen smoke and oil/grease silently. This model operate without the outlet duct, but it has provision for using the duct where it is feasible to install.

No body in sun flame is able to describe about the product.Support is very below the standard

The suction capacity of the chimney is not adequate despite the fact that there's hardly six feet of distance from it's outlet through the wall.
