This is much less expensive here than at our vet and it completely cured our Husky's diarrhea. Our vet prescribed 10 days worth and I bought it for like $28 for 10 packets. I wanted to use more so I ordered this extra box at Amazon to just be sure our doggies gut was in good working order. It really helped. I highly recommend this for any dog that seems to have any type of gut issue. She hasn't taken it for about 4 months at all and still has great stools! You may want to check with your vet first to be on the safe side before you use it. You open a little packet, mix it with 1-2 teaspoons of water and pour it over their food or if they free feed just pour over a half of a cup of their food and they will eat it right it!

My almost 5-month old lab/pit mix has had bouts of soft stools off & on ever since the one time I gave him a Frosty Paw, which was on 4th of July. After over a week of being on a bland diet, I took him to his vet where they did a fecal test (parasites, etc....) which came back negative and we were sent home with a 14-day (1 pack/day) supply for a whopping $32+ and prescription food! YES- $32+ for 14 packets- OUTRAGEOUS! After just the very 1st dose of this sprinkled over his food, his very next stool was firm/normal. Because I saw such great result after the 1st use and able to transition him back to his regular diet within a 48-hour period, I decided to hold off on putting him on the RX food the vet wrote for. (Did I mention the small bag of the RX food cost about $75?!) My vet gave me 5 packets and charged me $25! Amazon is a way better deal. The powder was white from the vet. This Amazon order has a yellow/brown colored powder. I hope it is the same product. If so, I think it really helped my dog wirh her diarrhea and upset stomach. I will buy again if it continues to help.
