Definitely worth the money, good value.
As with others, I was skeptical at this price, I usually pay double this for replacement headlight assemblies. They install fairly easily, but you do need to remove the bumper. I have had these for about a month, been through the carwash a few times, and experienced pouring rain, no fogging. I also used Meguiar's headlight sealant to help preserve the clarity of the lights (helps prevent yellowing). They can be aimed, there are 2 8mm bolts sticking out the back of each housing, one is for vertical adjustment, and one for horizontal. I am using LED low beams and the pattern and output is very good. This is probably the best value I have found in aftermarket lights, in my 20 years of maintaining/modifying cars. The angel eyes do need to be wired, so I ordered miniature round switches, that I will put in my cigarette lighter cutout, to have manual control, from a stealth location. Overall, I am very happy with these lights, they are not difficult to install, even if you have not done this type of work before. I should have made a YT video for this, there are some out there, but none that I found were complete, but they will get you by if you need help. (Note - they aren't as streaky in person, my phone was stuck between night shot and standard mode)

Amazing product, amazing quality.
These headlight assemblies are fantastic for the price. Compared with a set of OEM headlight assemblies there is no noticeable difference in quality, while aesthetically the AKKON headlight assembly looks light years better than the OEM design even when they were new. As sun crazed as they are no there is no comparison. Some reviewers stated that these aren’t wired the same as the factory assembliesor are a different design than the factory and won’t work. This is patently false, they work perfectly and plug right in to the wiring harness. The only part of these they are NOT plug and play are the LED halo daytime running lights (DRLs). As the car didn’t probably have DRLs originally, of course they don’t plug in to a harness with no allowance for them. But they are easily spliced in at an expense of less than $10 at Autozone. The only detail not mentioned in the Amazon item listing is that the AKKON headlight assembly does not use all of the same bulbs as the factory assembly. If you intend to upgrade to LED bulbs at the same time you install the assembly you will need to know which bulbs the AKKON assembly requires. The AKKON assembly uses the same H7 low beam bulb as the stock headlight assembly uses, but it does not use a second H7 bulb for the high beam as Amazon states the factory assembly uses. The AKKON headlight assembly uses an H-1 for the high beam. And finally the turn signal /side marker bulb in the AKKON headlight assembly does not use the 194 bulb that the factory assembly uses. The AKKON headlight assembly uses the P21W amber light for the side marker/front turn signal as the stock assembly does. The bulbs required are:Low beam: H7High Beam: H1Turn signal / side marker: P21w Amber.

Disappointed. High beams do not work.
Look great, but did not include low beams ($52) AND the high beams do not work. There are 2 more pins on the factory head lights than these. I searched the internet and found 1 reference to connect pin#5 to wire #6. Sounds suspect at best. Will just return to Amazon.

Projector adjustement did not work. High beams are not focused at all.
Edit: changed to 5 stars, not because of the headlights themselves, but because of the top notch service and support. I reported the problem, and seller sent a whole new set of headlights, no issues with those. Thanks for the great support!Build quality seems ok. the install process is straightforward. The connector worked perfectly. Problem is with the projector adjustment. the left side to be precise. After we installed the kit, on the first test, the low beam of both sides was low, with the left side being the worst offender. So I went and tried to adjust bot sides. Began with left side. It began to slowly rise (I DO like that the adjustment is precise, not blunt.). It slowly starts to go up... then it stopped. I assumed that was the highest setting, although it seemed odd that it was still lower than the right side. So I decided to match both, and then lowered the right side to match the left's height. Wento toa drive.... and the cutout is about 4 meters in the front of my car, clearly visible on the pavement! I mean, the fog lights aim higher than that! Went back, tried to re adjust it but it refuses to go higher (on the left side). Extremely dissapointed. Kinda hurts to throw $200 to the garbage.

Xenon to Halogen what you need to know. 2006 325i
I will give these headlights a solid 4 stars. They look and work great. The seller is quick to respond, and I understood the issue I had and see other reviewers mentioning their high beams are not working. I too ran into this issue and that is because my old head lights were the Xenon self-leveling with the shutter system to control the high beams. After some searching and as one had mention you need to connect pin 5 of the wiring harness to pin 6, however there is no wire or pin 5 on this head light harness. To get full function of the light ( flash to pass and high beam ) you will need to add a wire and pin to the number 5 pin out. Then you can tie that wire into the high beam wire, and everything will work as it should. This task is not easy as the wires are cased in rubber. You will need to cut all that out to get to the wire and pin out or to add the new wire and pin. You can find the pins at AutoZone. I did see where one person added a relay to the system as the high beam would go out after some time due to voltage, but I have not experienced that issue yet. If I do, I’ll add the relay. My hope is this review can help others as there wasn’t much information out there on how to make this work. Long story short, these are not plug and play for the Xenon system. I also tied the halo wires into the eyebrow wire to make them work. I haven’t had any issues in doing that.I installed these into a 2006 325i and are working after a bit of tinkering.Xenon to Halogen conversion.
