Best secret ingredient available
This emulsion is the best "secret ingredient" available. I've started using this in place of vanilla in almost all my baked goods and cookies, homemade whipped cream, when mixed together with regular vanilla bean paste and cake batter flavor emulsion to make Pam's Kennedy's famous sugar cookies (highly recommend making them) it really shines. (Use 2 tbls of this and 1 Tblsp of regular vanilla paste and cake batter 2:1:1) I'll never bake without it again.
