Falcon FFS-300 Steel Folding Pruning Saw (Multicolor)

To be honest, I did not keep very high expectations on this product, considering its low cost. But I was in for a really pleasant surprise when I opened up the package. This item is worth its price and much more. Its quite sturdy and long, the blade is of high quality. A butterfly nut holds the blade open firmly in position, and the handle is made of real wood and riveted strongly to the blade. The blade is about 30 cm in length, making it suitable for some medium to heavy cutting of branches, depending on the tree species. I will be using it to cut a 2 cm thick (diameter) banyan tree branch in a few days and post an update. The blade folds neatly into the handle in a convex fashion, with the sharp edges completely encased, including the pointed tip. Makes it easy to carry in bag of backpack even. Great for camping outdoors as well. The product reached before time and was perfectly packaged. As I said earlier, overall, it was a pleasant surprise.

Great stuff, However, size is a bit larger than expectation. the materials used are good and construction is sturdy. Very useful while pruning roses. Especially the woody thick stems near the crown poses a major challenge. This pruning saw does its job efficiently.Overall a good product.

Its an excellent product...very strong and we are using it to cut thick and strong branches for pruning, If we leave as it is after cutting the branches it is getting rusted. We need to wash and apply some oil on this Pruning saw after every use to prevent from rusting

I did buy this hoping that it will work for branches thicker than 2 inches. No, it gets stuck. Nothing wrong with the blade, my expectation was too high. I am going back to good old sickle to cut thicker branches.

I purchased it for gardening use it's very good product according to price easy to fold and strong also I loved this product very much even it's much better than normal saw if u looking for not heavy work just for ur gardening use it's very use full product.

The blade is a bit flimsy for the size and not sharp enough. Otherwise, it's okay. I have been using for past one year.

The teeth could have been smaller allowing ease of movement. The saw gets stuck on raw branches and needs extra pressure(pull) to release, causing sudden jerky movements. This could result in loss of balance or saw hurting you.

Used it a few times and happy to buy it.
