Thought it was a little pale when bought however the next day it had oxidise and it dried to the prettiest pale pink imaginable the colour pay off and saturation was excellent.

I bought to color, some meringues.I couldn't obtain a strong red and at the end when we ate the meringue we had the tongue an lips red :)

Worked a treat for christmas 🎄

I bought these at a higher price than in my local cake shop as I needed urgently and couldn't get out to purchase.Despite being sealed, there is hardly any product in the jar. I didn't notice until they were sat next to one of my existing ones from elsewhere but not even half the amount. Certainly nowhere near 5g and not returnable.They are well and truly fleecing people here. Avoid.

Used to colour white chocolate for cake decoration. The colour was eventually good and no nasty taste. However I had to use most of the powder to colour 200g of chocolate so it doesn’t go very far, and it also thickens it a bit due to the amount of powder needed. I would use again but not for large quantities of chocolate that needs colouring.

This container is supposed to contain 5g of product. As you can see in the photo the container with black powder most definitely does not contain not 5g. Very disappointed.
