Besides the cover being kinda ruined , it still is a great book for my health and wellness class. I rented it because I won’t use it long term. I just need it for a summer class.

Okay for a textbook.
Anyone that is taking HPER 276 at WWCC. Required textbook for the class, gives the most information for the test and quizzes.

Book arrived on time. A couple of the pages had ink spiders from the printer but still very usable.

Has no writing or marks inside, but the spine came torn which is really impractical.
