Dr. Scholl's Men's Pain Relief Orthotics for Plantar Fasciitis , 1 Pair, Size 8-13

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and flat foot both. My foot is usually in pain. But after using this product there was alot of relief. I would highly recommend it for anyone suffering from both or any one of the above problems. Price could have been a little less. But then again if your problem is very extreme then it's worth the buy. Better to spend a few thousands than to live in pain all the time. Also I wear a size UK size 7 the insole starts from size 8, but it fits in most of my UK size 7 shoes.

First impressions : The packaging is kosher and tamper-proof. The product is the real deal. The instructions are clear and precise. This is a well engineered product and a quantum jump from the flippy excuse for an insole that Bata slipped in. the size-wise cutting lines to help the insole fit any shoe is a great idea. I have plantar fascitis and heel pain but I ran a few kms yesterday wearing this in my shoe anyway. The pain has persisted next morning but it's not as intense. I know, sounds dodgy. Lets see how I fare a week from now. Edit 1 : been using it for a week and a half. Heavy use. Great product overall. Very comfortable. One thing that could help improve it further ( and this is from looking at the wear patterns ) is a thin layer of wear resistant material below the zone of the 5th metatarsal. That bony prominence is a pivot point and the existing layer isn't holding up all too well to the complex friction generated. But, like I said, heavy use. It would probably do just fine under normal use. And the heel cushioning is ACE.

Product is not as per description. Totally incorrect description as it really does not help in suppressing heal pain. Need to return the same . Did not expect Dr. Scholl product to be ineffective. Would like to return this item as it is very costly and cannot use it in future. If it can be exhanged for a similar product it would be of great help. Expecting a. Positive response.

Its ok. But did not get relief as product description

This was delivered to me on 23rd July. I have Plantar Fasciitis and some other complication related to the disc. I had been using customized insoles (Foot Balance - Norway) each pair costing Rs 6000 in my formal/office shoes. I bought these as an alternate to try. Day one and two were not extremely impressive - but as I continued to wear them inside my formal shoes - wearing them all day, walking on rough and hard surfaces - I realized the brilliance of this product. I am definitely going to buy one more for the other pair of office shoes. As for sneakers/casual shoes/ sport shoes - you don't really need it. If you buy a Reebok Runtone Doheny 2.0 - you are done - nothing else required. The only thing that needs improvement here is the delivery. Agreed that this product comes from USA but even after reaching their hub in India, it took more than 10 days to reach. The response from the seller were also not good.

Not effective at all.... Waste of your valuable time to buy and money.

Easily one of the best insoles I've tried. I used to experience heel pain during and after playing football. I'm told it's because of suddenly increasing the kms I covered during my daily runs. Plantar fasciitis. Have been using these for a month in my running, football and causal footwear and the pain disappears when wearing them. Would definitely recommend these. Also, please keep in mind that these won't heal the pain... Consult a doctor and exercise regularly.

I tried these as an alternative to the stock insoles on Converse. Can say I am mildy impressed with these and the comfort they provide for all day wear. It really seems like a downgrade when starting, but feels much better once when you get a bit more acclimatized. If you do have foot problems, its not going to be a significant gamechanger, more of a gradual improvement that you notice. The converse insoles while thick are completely flat - no arch support means your feet are constantly working without rest. This is much thinner (hence the downgrade feeling), but more naturally molded to the foot arch. Getting it to size is easy, just keep the 2 insoles together and started cutting with a scissor.

Suffering from Planter's faciitus. I'm delightfully surprised. It really works. Tried it on and had immediate results. Thanks.
