Does the job
The texture is the one thing I hate about this. It, for some reason does not dissolve in the food while cooking. Other than that, the flavor and scent are good. Nothing more to ask from a spice. The packaging is also nice.

Great herb Cinnamon !
I have many Cinnamon powder for my breakfast. And unfortunately, this onenot a real Cinnamon but Dalcheeni. Real Cinnamon is slightly different and taste different!I always like to write positive review and grade five stars for the product but this product I can not grade more than 3 stars though Urban platter is great food company and has lots of good high quality products.This product is made of dark thick bark of Dalcheeni, that makes quality inferior. Best quality of Cinnamon is from Sri Lanka and very easily available even in Amazon ! More details on cinnamon is also available in YouTube and at-last a warning: consuming wrong kind of Cinnamon in regular basis has bad effect on your Kidney !Cinnamon is best herb found in South East Asia, enjoy it in your Tea, Coffee, Cake, Vegetable, non- Veg. and salads etc !You want to add taste and change in your life with health priority? use Cinnamon Powder !
