Brilliant product - Made in India. Very reliable, accurate, and full of features, and is very versatile. Display can be rotated, based on whether you are measuring right hand or left hand. There is automatic compensation for the length of the device itself - it adds the length of the device to the total tape measure (optional). Display is in cm and inches, decimals and fractions. Handy user guide, stamped warranty. Rugged build and feel. Finishing could have been better, but I am happy to ignore that. Well done FMI Limited - fantastic product, great price. Great accuracy, feels like display is bit brittle.
Accuracy is good ,but i feel that lcd display is brittle and there is a chamce that it break if it fall down accidentally by me units are fime its in cm if i want to read in mm then i have to ignore point used to measure cm . well a good purchase in my point of view.

It's very easy to use and quiet handy for all purpose of measuring of area and with robust design grip portability and at good value for money price

Downgraded from 5 to 1 star.
Product, while seemingly well made on the surface, did not even last for a month before breaking up in spite of careful handling due to the fact that it is expensive and delicate. I own other products by the same company and they have always been a pleasure to work with but this one simply came apart. The plastic used is of inferior quality.
