Dear Vivek Yes, it is actually 'Body Sensing' feature of SONICTENS device. When you take it to the skin, it will sense it and flashing will stop. Flashing indicates that therapy is off and constant light indicates that therapy is on. As the ultrasound waves pass from the treatment head into the skin, they cause the vibration of the surrounding tissues, particularly those that contain collagen. This increased vibration leads to the production of heat within the tissue. In most cases the patients themselves cannot feel this or you may feel slight warmth. Dear Amazon Customer, Actually, both these devices are the best in their place. There are three levels of pain, acute, sub acute and chronic. Accordingly, we have provided different levels in US 111 as level 1-3 for acute pain, 4-6 for sub-acute pain and 7-8 for chronic pain and in SONICTENS we made it simple as L level for acute, M level for sub-acute and H level for chronic pain. However, being latest product in SONICTENS, we have provided best suited programs of TENS at each level L, M and H which has been quite effective for faster pain relief along with many other features like body sensing technology, ergonomic design etc. Regards Team UltraCare PRO
