W7 - "In The Night" Smokey Shades - Eye Colour Palette 12 in 1 Eyeshadow Palette

OMG! I love this palette very much. It's very pigmented and blends well. The only complaint that I have is that it could have more matte colors. The burgundy shade is by far my favorite. I would suggest using a primer to prevent crease, but I make that part of my everyday routine anyway. The shipping time was good and it came sooner than expected and it came in one piece. I love the tin it's in and it was bigger than I expected. Over, I'm very happy with my purchase.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! This is like a knock-off of urban decay but it's cheaper and still a GREAT eye showdow pallet. I got the "in the night" pallet and the purple tones work very well with my hazel eyes. I don't have to reapply during the day and it doesn't flake off. All in all, very good product.

not terrible shadows. I would not use them on my professional clients however. These work for a day to day look on myself. They are not particularly pigmented and seem to fluff of the skin very easily even with all the preparations of eye shadow base, powder etc.......they just seem cheap. kind of like what you would get from a wet and wild shadow. I was not impressed and as I said, they are not for the professional. Back into the box of play makeup I made for my 9 year old niece.....she gets all the rejects I try and test online but realize I can't use them for work. well, the kid is happy! LOL.....hope maybe you have a better experience with them.

W7 is a British company and it shipped from the U.K. by the Royal Mail. I can’t remember exactly, but I got them somewhere between 8-10 days, a much briefer arrival time than the estimated arrival date. Price: A+ Although I like the cute tin, it is not the best quality. Two of the 5 palettes arrived with one of the little hinge pins on the back either missing or broken. I really don’t get upset about this flaw in the packaging for two reasons. First, these are not high-end items, and I know that you get what pay for. Second, I am simply not going to send this item back to the U.K. for a replacement, especially since a new one could arrive just as damaged, if not more so. The wonky lid is inconvenient, but no biggie to me. Some reviews mentioned an off smell, and I did notice that on one of the palettes (don’t remember which one). I guess whatever chemical process is used for the tins sometimes has a lingering odor, but it disappeared pretty quickly after I unpacked it & placed it in my makeup cabinet. I think it “off-gassed” within a few hours, if I remember right. Again, these are not high-end items, and the odor didn’t bother me. Packaging: C- As for the color pay-off, I was pleased with how nicely these shadows looked. I did have to pat them on to get the best color rather that brush them on, but I do that with most shadows, so that is fine with me. They blended out well and there was very little fall out. I also was very pleased at the end of the day when I would wash my face and my eye makeup would look almost exactly the same way as when I put it on that morning, even in the 100 degree plus days that we have had recently. I purchased this product for my daughter, we both have tried it, and are absolutely in love with it. The colors were true to what their visible shade, in fact this product is better than some top shelf products that you would buy in a department store! I would absolutely recommend this makeup product to anyone who enjoys wearing high pigmented, long lasting, easy to apply, and every day wearable makeup.

These might be ok for someone looking to stretch their budget, but it is a risky buy. Some people have been quite satisfied with the product, but I know nothing about makeup and still saw first hand why this is a totally inferior version of something you should probably spend a little more money on to avoid the headache. The colors are nice, but they are not strongly pigmented at all, which means you have to use a ton of it to try and achieve the desired result. My GF showed me a side by side comparison between this and a palette she got from Makeup Forever. There was no comparison. The difference in price is steep, like 30 dollars plus, but the value of the premium product and the quality of the pigment in the premium product is such that the cost is the same in the long run. Where this W7 set would last a month, a good set of eyeliner would last many times that long because you have to use so much less product to achieve the desired result. These W7 shadows would be useful as a practice set for girls who are just learning to do their makeup, but do not buy them for someone who is serious about how they look.

it arrived all broken. And yes the colors look pigmented but they are not. The texture is no different than the store generic brand "Jordana" and the eyeshadows are dry. they are not soft pigmented colors like the kind you get with "Urban Decay". This brand is good for tweens when they start to experiment with buying tons of cheap makeup. i requested a refund because of the damaged colors, but i would have given it away or shipped it back. the eyeshadows are crappy quality, if you want better then pay more.

This is a wonderful product at a great price. First time buying and it wont be my last. The colors are beautiful and its very easy to apply and a little goes a long way. I did notice I had to apply a little more after 4-5 hours but seams reasonable because I didn't have to add a lot. Comes in a nice tin case I recommend this product to friends and family.
