The product was delivered on time. The ear cleaner itself is good — excellent quality, safe to use, has a pleasant scent, and offers great value for money. However, the outer paper box was slightly damaged inside the parcel, which shows that the packaging or handling during delivery could be improved. Overall, the product works well and I’m satisfied with its functionality.

I bought it for my cat and it worked well. She was shaking her head continuously for some days so I baught it for her use. How to apply: For cats- 2-3 DROPS PER EAR is enough. Scruff them and tilt their head then apply it so it goes into the ear canal. Then rub thr base area of ears for 1 minute. Allow them to shake their head then take a cotton stick and gently clean the ear canals. I don't like the smell of it.

My dog vet asked me to buy ear cleaner and I searched thru and found this one after good and bad review but trusted could be good one. I followed the instruction.. And here is following action or reaction.. 1. Her ears statred giving very foul smell. 2. She developed very sever pain not allowing to touch her ears and makes painful noise. 3. Developed shaking her heard often .. And severe all the times. 4. Her activities are completely halted... I don't know these are action of the medicine which is normal or reaction to stop using .. I will wait for couple of days and if it continue then visit to vet.. I think seller should give some suggestion since it was not perscribed by my vet Dr... If such symptoms develope matter of concern or normal...

My suggestion to every pet parent who wants to get this product is to get it but be careful as this smells like soap, foams like soap and cleans really quick which is good but at the same time concerning, so I would suggest that if you want to use this then please do not put it in the pets ear directly rather take a tissue or a pet wipe pour out little solution on that and clean the ear but onlyyy on the outer ends of the ear canal and do not go too deep into the ear while using this! This does the job and at the same time doesn't irritate your pet!

Does the job as required. Make sure the dog is standing upright. Pour into ear. Massage the bottom of the dogs ear for 10 seconds and then let the dog shake out the wax. Use cotton then to remove the wax as required in the inner parts of the dog's ear. Once in 2/3 weeks should suffice unless the dogs ear is leaving a smell again which means that you might need to do it more frequently. Use cotton or Himlaya baby gentle wipes to remove the wax. The latter has no alcohol and hence is recommended for dogs. My dog had an infection which went away post using this product for 4 weeks. [once every week in my case because of the infection]. She has completely stopped scratching her ear now. PS: If the dog is not standing upright or you leave it too long, the solution will start coming out from their dogs nose because the ear, nose and throat are connected of all dogs.
