Well adapted to the graphic novel format.
The Hobbit graphic novel by David Wenzel, Charles Dixon and Sean Deming. It is very well adapted. The illustrations are very fine. Enjoyed it very much. As the novel was written for children its adaptation to the graphic novel format works very well.This is the story of Bilbo Baggins, a hobbit who goes on an unwanted adventure with the wizard Gandalf and thirteen dwarves to reclaim their stolen treasure. Its the prequel to Tolkiens Lord of the Rings.

Graphic Novel Version of "The Hobbit."
Excellent Graphic Novel of Tolkien's "The Hobbit". Authentic text & beautiful hand painted pictures, if a trifle dark. Printed on heavy paper in large format. The hand lettered text could also have been in a larger font.

Damn cool Illustration!
Amazing Artwork and novel by Wenzel. Must have for LOTR and Hobbit fans. Even great as bedtime story for kids who can read. Pages and print are awesome quality. Will definitely make an amazing gift. It just woke a sense of lingering imagination and adventure in me. I can't stop flipping through the pages again and again. Absolutely delightful!
