Use for over 2 weeks resulted in swollen gums, bleeding and tooth pain. These are also knows symptoms of serious side effects. The taste is horrible.. Not sure about the effect.. because 2 weeks of use is pretty less, but side effects are severe.. Their mint version is atleast good in flavour, but have rarely used it, so do not know about effects or side effects.. Assuming side effects would be same..
