Donāt taste of anything. Was told by gp to but as b12 injections are on hold due to covid-19 virusEasy to swallowThis is my Second bottle after just having discussed my blood test results with my gpHe informed me that my body was absorbing high safe levels of b12 this means I wonāt need to visit the nurse now for b12 injections anymore.Not expensive and gives a real result10/10 from I would definitely recommend these

A great energy boost/mood lift
I take various vitamins and supplemts daily. I donāt know if they work or not but they arenāt expensive and I reason that they wonāt be doing me any harm so I take them ājust in caseā. These are different. I started taking them last month after reading a feature in the Times suggesting they could delay cognitive decline. Obviously Iāll never know if they have that effect (if and when I do suffer from age related cognitive decline I wonāt know how much better or worse it would have been without these supplements), but I do know that since starting taking them a month ago I have had significantly more energy. Jobs that I have been putting off for months are finally getting done with no great effort on my part, I just seem to have more get up and go about me. Iām even clearing out the airing cupboard, something that has been on my mental āto-doā list for over 2 years! This might be just a placebo effect but it isnāt one that occurred when I started taking any of the other supplements I use.A word of warning though, I forgot to take my vitamins until late evening recently and then found myself lying awake with my head buzzing until nearly 1am, not a problem I normally have. Taking this first thing means I get more benefit from the energy boost or improved mood or whatever it is itās doing for me.

I did not have an instant feeling of well being but after 3 months I do feel an improvement.Being a vegan with B12 in short supply in diet it can only helpEasy to take without any after taste

These tablets have no flavour at all which is good and they are quite tiny, so they are easy to swallow. Comes with lots of tablets which will last forever.

b12 increase
I had been told by my GP that my b12 levels were low after a blood test, as I have MS secondary progressive this is not uncommon, I was given two choices, injection or supplements, I began using these taking them religiously one a day first thing in the morning with breakfast.Latest blood test after 3 months has shown b12 levels slightly higher than required but doctor says that's not a problem at all, just ordered my second lot as my fatigue has improved a little and I know these have genuinely helped my b12 levels as I have changed nothing else.So refreshing to have proof that supplements are working, I'm always a little dubious but now know these are the real deal.š
