Was a bit worried about some negative reviews regarding fake and poor quality products, because it's a non returnable product. But took the risk and it's truly a littmann, the sound is absolutely amazing!

Original Product & Good functionality.
I like the stethoscope in general, love the quality of sound.Two issues were first the tubing is sticking somewhat & diaphragm finishing was not good.

Using the cardiology 3 for since 10 yrs...it was stolen.due to the quality of cardiology series again opted for this series ...quality is good and minor noticable changes...

Damaged product. Not working well
I got a damaged product. i called customer care but they said it's non returnable item so can't help me.Beware of buying no returnable items. It's too costly. So make a video before opening the box.
