Fits great, good quality
So far so good. I have struggled to find solutions that will fit my ample frame and these fit very well and should continue to to so in case of weight fluctuations. Easy to put on and can be pulled up and down like regular underwear. As for the absorbency, I would think that will depend largely upon the inserts you use, but they seem well made and comfortable and discrete under clothing. For reference, I am 5’3” female and am currently 275. Also appreciate the variety of prints, not everything adaptive has to look “medical” or strictly functional.

Works well. How to clean...
Significantly more eco friendly and absorbent than disposables. To clean, I just remove liner, knock solids into toilet, handwash both with cold water and some sensitive body soap. No bleach, no softener.

Making mornings less stressful 😊
To be honest I bought this to put over the disposable diapers that my disabled adult son wears to bed. I bought the smaller size with the snaps to try out first, my son wears a 30 inch waist in pants, so he's between sizes for this product (I have ordered the larger velcro version as well). The snaps can be a little tricky at first, I spent a little while playing around with how they work, and all of the ways to adjust the sizing and fit. I figured out about where he needed it, then I waited for our bedtime routine. I put his super absorbency disposable nighttime briefs on, then this leak proof reusable cover on him. I then had him stand up so I could make sure that the disposable was completely inside of it, I made sure that everything was snug but not digging in around his legs. Then the ultimate test began, man son sleeps for a total of 8-10 hours a night. All I wanted in my life was when he woke me up in the morning he didn't also leak urine all over my bedding. It was cute at first that he woke me up by sitting on the edge or foot of the bed and patting me telling me to wake up. But it stopped being cute when I had to strip and was all of my bedding EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! Thanks to this product I can now enjoy the cuteness of my son waking me up to start the day with his infectious smile. Why I gave it an overall 4 stars... The only problems I have found are that I had to make a tiny repair to one of the inner leg elastic where the original stitch had barely attached the elastic to the cover fabric. While I love that this isn't just an itchy plastic cover, I feel people need to understand that the fabric can start to become moist on the outside after being on for 10 hours. Not that it's leaking, just that the "leak proof fabric" used isn't really meant to be pushed that far, if you are looking for a 100% leak free that you should look into the scratchy plastic traing pants. I also recommend that you never put thin in the dryer, especially with the heat on, because it will shorten the life of the spandex and the coating that helps in hold 99% of the liquids in. Another recommendation for anyone who complains about the urine smell lingering around, we all know anything that gets peed on continually gets that problem, it's science really. So to counteract the smell and remove as much as possible here's the method I have used for close to 20 years... For this product I poured vinegar on the inner liner to counteract the ammonia smell from the urine. It's cheap and easy. If the smell is especially bad then give the vinegar a few minutes to fully absorb, sprinkle some baking soda on there, wait a few more minutes then wash it your preferred way. I throw mine into the washing machine with my son's bedding and pajamas. I hope this will help to make an informed decision.

They fit and function well.
Ok so the pocket diaper is def a better solution on a budget. I was skeptical. There r a lot of brands. Especially for adults that are disabled. But which one to buy. Ok so ya prob have or haven’t heard of Ecoable. They also do pocket diapers. For babies to adults. SAVE YOUR MONEY. these function just as good as the doubled priced ones from Ecoable. I have tried both. These are just as good and way comfortable. As for the inserts. Choose wisely. I bought some from on here. Waste of money. Best to go to adultclothdiaper for the inserts for these diapers. They have gauze or birdeyes. Nicely priced and a wonderful compliment to go with the pocket diapers these guys are selling. They also sell on other sites too. So shop around. The brand for the pocket diapers is a solid purchase. I can’t speak for there inserts. Could not find any other than off branded garage and the adultclothdiaper inserts which like I said compliment these pocket diapers well. I started with 21 pocket diapers. For two small adults whom are disabled. Very solid investment I gen won’t write a review for stuff like this. So take it at face value. Secondly. With the stigmas on society. I gen won’t write reviews for stuff like this. However. I am tired of people getting ripped off and wasting money. So rest assured as I write this. This is my number one choice for a pocket diaper. Btw. I have tried over twenty different adult versions from different manufactures. Have a good day.

The velcro tabs are strong and well made.
Well made the velcro tabs are strong and amazing compared to the ones I have bought before. When I read the comments about smelling like plastic I thought something was wrong yet I am guessing since I didn't buy the button one that they are taking about the smell from the newly pressed buttons. Which is a sign of newer made products and I feel like they are complaining about something new without understanding that it's going to smell like that till washed. When people don't understand something and try to disgrace a good product it's on the reviewer for not looking into how to use and care for the product they buy. Thank you to the seller for having a wonderful product that is well made. I am grateful that I found such a well made item. I apologize for the rant just wanted to show my gratitude to the seller.

Sags in Crotch, Thin Material, Too Large, Weird Cut
The item is very thin and looked like it was thicker and cut more proportionately, but in reality it is sized for bariatric, so extremely large people 400lbs+, and will not fit a normal 38-40" waist person without sagging in the middle/crotch area.

Super!
The diaper I purchased was the one with the little foxes on it. Very adorable. It is pretty soft and you can fit most sizes with it. I like the Velcro since you can adjust it over and over. You do need absorbent pads. I got towels that are used for babies that mother's put over their shoulder when the baby is fed and burps up onto it to use as pads. These work good since they absorb a lot. Easy to wash too. I still wear a disposable first, then this and it keeps any wetness from leaking out. If you are a heavy wetter, you might want a pad under you too just in case. Thumbs up on these diapers and I will be buying more later!
