Drinking it for years and won't stop
I've been drinking this for years now, ever since I started keto and needed to supplement some nutrients and electrolytes that I lose on this particular eating pattern. I absolutely love it and value it. I do add salt to it, and sometimes extra potassium, depending on how I'm feeling, but that is very specific to my body and my diet. I love the taste, and everyone in my family now drinks this, even my adult children. What a great product!

Tastes great!
This product tastes really good and doesn't have an aftertaste. I find it helpful when I need to add electrolytes.

High quality ingredients, middle of the road price and flavor
Pros: No maltodextrin (which will be labeled as sugar/calorie free but still illicits a spike in blood sugar, so I'm not sure how companies get away with this in product labeling).Sweetened with stevia. I'm not strictly anti artificial sweetener, but since I'm not sensitive to the flavor of stevia, I like to hedge my bets with leaning towards stevia / erythritol "natural" sweeteners when it's an option.Higher vitamin / mineral / electrolyte content per serving than most competitors. No B vitamins (I, like many others, have come back with abnormally high B vitamins when checked in labs - tons of foods and drinks are fortified with many times the recommended daily value of the B vitamins these days, and contrary to common belief, they aren't exactly water soluble - your body actually accumulates for 30 days or more...... Extremely high values of some can actually result in nerve damage, so I try to avoid them when I can.)Neutral: I've found zero calorie / maltodextrin free electrolyte drinks to be a good deal at about 30c/serving. At about 20$ for 45 servings this is 42c per serving, which is middle of the road cost wise.Con: very bland, mild flavor to the orange flavor. No tang or zing at all. One scoop only good for about 8-12 ounces, vs comparable products flavoring much larger bottles like sports bottles usually are.

Makes you thirsty
This makes my wife & thirstier the more we drink it. I thought it was just me. The first month after buying it, I used it every other day. Then I was thirstier than I was before. So I used it a little more often & I became even thirstier. Then my wife told me she didn't understand why she was thirstier after using the product. This couldn't be any worse. I bought this to help me not have to drink so much water, (I drink a lot), but it made me drink so so so much more, it became ridiculous. How can they call this product an electrolyte. It has almost no magnesium-most important.& VERY little potassium. Also VERY important. Check ingredient amounts closely.

Good but turns to rock
Great stuff but clumps very easily & gradually turns to rock.

Tastes great, and is sugar free
I particularly appreciate it that this is not in one of those annoying plastic bottles that people seem to leave everywhere. I am a runner, and I generally finish my early am workout in the park near where I live and stretch afterwards. I find plastic water bottles and electrolyte replacement drinks all over the place, sometimes 15' away from a place where they could go instead of just being thrown onto the grass, often with liquid still in them. What gets me is that a lot of the time people were using those drinks while they were exercising, and then felt too lazy to walk a little bit. Anyway, pardon the rant...I have not tried this product out as a Pre-Workout, but I have been enjoying it as a nice, cold drink as a Post-Workout routine. After a bit of experimentation I found that the best way to dissolve the powder was to measure out as much as I needed into the tumbler, add a bit of water and swish it all around until I could no longer see lumps, and then fill my tumbler with more water that I keep in a pitcher in the 'fridge, and I have been putting ice cubes into it. It has been good on these hot & humid days, especially.
