Cura Heat Back Pain MAX Size Direct to Skin - 2 x 2-Pack

Was bought for someone else so can’t comment only to say she was pleased with them

I used this product which has good heat and adhesion for my lower back.

I have used the single over the clothing versions and love them. However, after a slipped disc, I was going on a fieldtrip to Iceland. I thought these being bigger and close to the skin, they would help. My skin did not like the adhesive, kept pulling whenever I moved. Also, got hot on the aeroplane, it fell off due to the small amount of sweating. Overall, disappointing. I did try it over clothes but the heat produced isnt very strong (probably because it is supposed to be on the skin) so it didnt work. Never mind, back to the single over clothes version

I ordered these after reading lots of good reviews so I don’t know if I had a bad batch. I ordered two boxes so four patches!! Not a single one of them heated up! I followed the instructions correctly so do not know why these did not work.

I like the easy way to use them .I use them on my back. I would recomend to give them a try.
