For weeks I was searching for someone who could make a personalised frame for me with all the lettering and words I needed. Most company's have a 40 letter rule. I needed a frame for a picture taken on valentines day on my first holiday with my boyfriend, I emailed this lovely lady and told her the occasion and theme I needed this frame to be and she was so helpful! She picked colours that matched the photo intended for it and the finishing result was so perfect. My boyfriend and I love it so much! Highly recommend, couldn't thank her enough xx

SUCH GREAT QUALITY, the detailing and finish are magnificent. you can see that they are hand crafted. I had some complex bespoke requests and everything was managed perfectly. I ordered one evening and when i got up next day it had been dispatched! I needed 2 frames for 2 very special people and I cried when I opened the box as they are so perfect as a heartfelt gift. Even nicer than the pictures! Talented lady with excellent customer service - I will be spending loads with her at Christmas!!
