This was as plain and as simple as it could have possibly been. Good directions just enough parts and it works as expected. I waited a few months to Rebekah it just in case something came up. But she seams to be holding up well.

As described... easy set up

This thing is very hard to assemble. You have to have 2 people. There’s no way to assemble it by yourself. Once assembled it’s nice. But it has to be anchored to the wall because it’s very flimsy on its own. But it’s a nice shower, kinda pricey for being cheaply made. But it serves it’s purpose

Its like paper. Nothing more than plastic paper. After opening the box. You will never be able to return as the product cannot be repacked.

I orders the product and it came quickly and is functioning as it should. It is a fair product. and difficult to install

My 10 year old nephew and put this together in less than an hour and a half. The thing I love the most is I could put the shower head where I wanted it. I hate having to bend at the knees to wash my hair. But we bought it at Hardware Hank for about $150.00. The product is awesome, I don't know about the seller, though. But the other person had problems with them.

Ordered from ACE Hardware, easy to put together, somewhat flimsy but you get what you pay for. If you want a Cadillac you have to pay for it, this shower is exactly what I was looking for.
