The fit was great. I am 117 lbs and 5'2" tall. Extra small is perfect and length too! For some reason the fabric is a bit rough and slightly itchy

These work out well for taller folk. They discontinued Medline at the hospital my husband works at and we were thrilled to find on Amazon!

I have to say they are super comfortable. I read a lot of reviews about the fit not being true. I did not find that to be the case I’m 5’8” and 125-130 and small fit perfect with plenty of room. I use them as pajama bottoms so it’s nice to have a roomy light weight material for sleep.
