My favorite year-round moisturizer. The only one I've found that 1) never irritates my skin, either with redness or breakouts, and 2) actually keeps my dry-tending skin moisturized without being goopy. While not cheap, it also doesn't break the bank and gives you a good-sized container that lasts a while, especially if you're mostly using it for your face (although it's a great body moisturizer as well, but I usually use slightly cheaper brands like CereVe for that). Wonderful product!

Had an extremely bad allergic reaction to a previous product (Bioderma Intensive Balm) and bought this as an emergency. I have used it twice a day for 3 days and it has helped tremendously. On my face alone, it helped with the severe itching and burning and by next morning, the redness and bumps were calmed by 80%. Mind you, this was used on day 3 of the reaction and I had been using the Avene recovery balm (it works but causes intense itching even when my skin is normal). I bought this to mainly help with the itching and it helps pretty quickly. It didn't burn upon application and I have since moved to using it on my neck and chest (worst area of the reaction) and it seems to be helping where hydrocortisone is not. I will say when I apply it, I use 2 layers because it is a thinner cream. But, when it first dries down, it makes my skin feel slightly tight, but not to uncomfortable. And within an hour or so, my skin is normal and feels moisturized. It's only been 3 days so I'm not sure long term if it will work for me but even if it doesn't, it's great to have on hand for future allergic reactions. I am super sensitive to scented products so I purposefully go for fragrance free. I was worried with some of the reviews but desperately needed something. To me, this smells like canola oil which I am used to from a different brand. It wasn't super intense and I didn't notice it once applied to my entire face (and now neck and chest). To me, it's one of the better fragrance free smelling products. PROS: Thin and easy to spread. Sinks in quickly. Doesn't sting. Helps stop most itching pretty quickly. No strong, funky scent. Once it sinks in, the smell disappears. Relieves/starts to heal allergic reaction symptoms. CONS: Leaves skin slightly tight when applied. Maybe 30 minutes - 1 hour later, skin then feels moisturized.

This cream has been a lifesaver for my very dry, sensitive skin. It’s rich but not greasy, absorbs well, and instantly calms irritation and itchiness. I love that it’s fragrance-free and gentle enough for daily use—especially during flare-ups. My skin feels softer, more comfortable, and truly nourished. Highly recommend if you struggle with dryness or reactive skin.

I got this to help heal my skin barrier. My face is so happy since I tried this. Redness is down, bumps are down and dry skin is non existent. I want to bathe in this. If you’re reading this just buy it already.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I ended up getting eyelid dermatitis in both eyes from a face mask. It was painful and so ugly. I got rid of it and then it resurfaced 2 weeks later after I did a full face of makeup. I stumbled upon this when I was searching for something to help. I immediately put it under my eyes for the first 3 days. It is 100% cleared now after 6 days. It’s like I never had it and I’m able to do my normal skin care and make up routine again. This stuff works miracles if you are suffering from something like this!

I really like this moisturizer. It is great for daytime or nighttime use. I was having some slight irritation on my cheek and this in combination with a dab of Aveeno eczema cream helped to take care of it over the course of two days. I would not say it is overly hydrating, but it works well for my normal to combination skin. It definitely helps relieve itchiness and redness. If looking for ultra hydrating I would go for something a little more heavy. I do not notice a scent. If there is one, it is very mild. It has not broken me out which is a plus.

This is one of the few OTC products that alleviate my 18m son's itchiness from eczema. It has the normal "unscented" scent, if you know what I mean. It's lightweight and applies easily. I really like the pump bottle.

I’ve been searching for years for the best/ultimate hand lotion and this is it. I’ve been prone to eczema my entire life so my hands become so irritated in the winter which often results in me sleeping with Vaseline lathered on my hands, covered by socks. Which is awful and a pain to deal with. I did this almost every night until I severely burnt both of my hands in 2019. I ended up with 2nd and 3rd degree burns, which have thankfully healed pretty well considering but the burns made my skin even more irritable. The burns caused my skin to thin so any dryness will cause my skin to crack and my scars to hurt. However I quickly discovered I couldn’t wear socks on my hands at night anymore because I find them too irritating. So since then I’ve searched high and low for a moisturizer for my hands and have bought many of the other leading brands and have been disappointed. When I read about this lotion I was hesitant to purchase because of the cost but decided my hands were worth it and that I needed to just buy it. Let’s just say, I am so glad I did! This lotion is SO moisturizing. The day I tried it my hands were cracked and bleeding so I applied it in the AM and PM and by the next day they were entirely smooth and no longer cracked. I now use it every night and never have any issues with dry skin. It doesn’t burn or tingle like most lotions do on dry skin, it stays on for a long time (even through hand washing), and it doesn’t have a strong smell. More importantly when considering the cost, a little goes a long way! I usually do around a half of a pump for both hands. A full pump is WAY too much so I’m hopeful this bottle will last for a while. If you’re hesitating - don’t! Treat yourself. You deserve it.

La uso especialmente en zonas secas y sensibles como los codos y las piernas después de la ducha, y noto que hidrata de verdad y calma la sensación de picor, algo que no siempre conseguía con otras cremas más ligeras. El envase de 400 ml es grande, así que cunde mucho y no tengo que estar repitiendo la compra cada mes. También la he aplicado por la noche en la espalda y torso cuando mi piel está tirante por el frío, y al despertarme sigue suave y sin descamación. Para mi pareja que tiene piel muy reactiva, también ha sido útil después de la depilación, ya que reduce la irritación sin dejar sensación grasa. En resumen, es una crema muy eficaz para pieles secas y sensibles, con buena capacidad calmante e hidratante, y el tamaño grande resulta muy práctico.
