One Stop Aquatics Malaysian Trumpet Snails (MTS) from (48 Snails)

All the snails are alive and healthy! It was delayed in shipping a day and became very worried.But I received them fine. But I would definitely listen to the directions about not putting them in the tank right away. They definitely need quarantine for a week or two.I'm very happy with my order and I got a few other snails for free!

Out of the, presumed, 48 that were shipped (I did not actually count if all 48 were sent), 11 were dead.When the snails arrived, I took a clean, aquatic ready container I use for my fish and put in aquarium water into that container, then placed all the snails into the container.I then left the container alone and waited for the snails to become mobile. The snails that climbed up the walls of the container, I removed and placed into my snail breeding tank.I kept doing this until I got out most of the snails. There were a 2 or 3 that stayed on the bottom of the container, but I did observe them moving around so I also removed those snails and placed them into my snail breeding tank.After all this, there were 11 snails that remained immobile. I left the container alone overnight and despite time for the snails to recover from the shock of shipping, those 11 remained immobile.I poured out the water and put in new water from my aquarium, without contaminating my aquarium with anything from the snails.After another day, the 11 snails were still immobile and the container was starting smell a bit foul.So, at this point, I dumped all of the snails away.Be smart people. Do NOT put the snails directly into your fish tank immediately after you receive the shipment.I still am giving 5 stars because most arrived alive.

The media could not be loaded. Everything arrived as described. I haven’t counted but looks to be a few more than the 48 ordered. There are some pond snails mixed in as well so definitely quarantine and pick out any nuisance snails. Love the variety of sizes ranging from 1/4” to over 1”. Will definitely order again for my other aquarium.

Quarantine these snails and treat for bacterial infections. I didn't do this. My fish got sick immediately. Lost one already. The other ones are still showing signs of illness. Mainly bacterial infections and fin rot. If I had it to do over. I would have tried to get these locally instead of getting them shipped from who-knows-where wrapped in damp paper towel. Sent a direct message to the seller about my concerns. No response.

This is a LOT of snails, with a good mix of big and small MTS. The bag said it came with two apple snails but I ended up with three. Most of the snails began moving within an hour of being introduced to their new tanks. It took about a month to start seeing baby snails but they are definitely multiplying now!

All the snails that shipped were alive when they arrived however they all died within a week in my tank. I dont know if I messed them up when I rinsed them under the tap before adding them to my tank or if my water perameters were off. I would still recomend

I've been buying from these folks for a few years now. The snails are always more than ordered, all arrive alive and never have any parasites. Of course I always quarantine & treat as a best practice but I must say these snails are beautiful & at an unbeatable price as well. I look forward to my packages everything as I'm never disappointed..ever!

EVERY SNAIL ARRIVED ALIVE and was mobile within a few hours. I have never seen this before. The shipping packaging was that effective! Extra snails were included, to compensate for possible casualties, but since there weren't any... yeah, I'm a very happy customer! Plus, I received 2 black Mystery snails and 7 Ramshorns as a surprise bonus. This seller has truly impressed me and I will be buying from them again.
