The media could not be loaded. I bought this because it had the ice cream feature. The first time we turned the handle it broke off. The machine itself worked well the first couple of times, but then it started leaking. Instead of making a slush it just made chunks of ice. Ended up returning it and buying the more expensive ninja that has a one year warranty. The video demonstrates how at leaked.
