Bought for my 2 year old daughter(3 in October) average height, maybe a little shorter then average. Sized up to 4t so she could wear it all summer. Everything was perfect besides the length. For sizing up as much as I did I would prefer it to had been longer to make sure it would fit this summer. I ordered it for pageant day so her hair didn't get messed up changing so I didn't have time to exchange it or I would have for a 5t.

Ordered size 4 for 4 yr grand daughter thinking it would be perfect fit for summer. Sizes run VERY large, she was drowning in the excessive amount of fabric. Fabric is soft but VERY thin, I could see right through it to reveal her underpants. I will be returning this product and try again for something similar that is not quite so transparent or way too big
