Helped stop leaks
This has been a life saver for me! I really needed to wear a large F20 mask but could never get the leaks to stop due to my having to wear an ortho appliance at night so I was having to use the medium. I bought these and gave it another try with my large mask. Worked like a charm and no more leaks! I did have to stretch it out just a little once it was on my face by tugging on the edges around the mask as the hole is just a little small but it stretches on it's own after a few days or so anyway. Do not cut the hole as that ruins it! One liner will last you about a week. They are pretty thin and sometimes I grab 2 without realizing but I won't be without these!

Annoyingly Priced, but they work for me.
I use a Mirage Quattro full face mask and maybe I'm shifting more in my sleep but frequently I'd have air leaks. Sometimes bad enough to dry out my mouth. Sometimes bad enough to cause enough noise to wake me up, or worse wake up my partner who would hit me with their pillow. These liners help the air leak issue a lot. Comfort wise it's maybe slightly more comfortable, significantly more annoying to put on, but it has basically stopped noisy air leaks for me.They are outrageously priced, I use mine a couple times, probably not supposed to but for $1 each I do feel the need to squeeze more out of each. I read on Reddit a thread about a guy who had a whole plan around washing and reusing these. Basically wash in a delicates bag and hang dry, and it ... worked okay but was a lot of effort. They were clean, but they still are stretched out. For the time and energy, it wasn't worth the effort for me, but if the price becomes too much for you something to consider.Another small complaint is the bag they come in is open, and these have no structure. The box is inconvenient to open in a nighstand drawer, so if you're opening it in the middle of the night and the opening is facing the wrong way it's possible your stack of clean liners will fall out and end up on your floor. Not a great feeling. Now I take them out of the box and put them (still in the bag) inside of a quart size ziplock bag to prevent that.

It works, just wish I didn't need them.
I have been a CPAP wearer since my early 30s, thanks to a deviated septum, tonsils that eventually got taken out, and some severe sleep apnea. The problem masks have on my skin is they cause redness, whether its on loosely, or tight, whether its the the plastic type of seal, or the foam seal. This helps with that problem.I get these disposable ones as they seem to work bettr than the reusable ones as the reusable ones dont get me a month of use before needing to be tossed. So might as well buy the one use types and move on.They fit fine, and work well for what they are, just dislike the fact I'm forced to use a disposable solution instead of reusable/less wasteful one.Pros:- Works, and well- Great for Travel- Works with beardsCons:- Disposable vs reusable

This is not micro fiber and it shows.
The only liners I had used before are the ones that are made of micro-fiber material, and they worked like a charm but where too expensive ($25 for a pack of 4). When I saw the price on these ones (less money for a pack of 30!) I thought it was a great deal and I ordered them. They are, indeed, cheap. But they are made of a different and much softer material, and this brings about problems. First, after a night or two they are deformed and stop covering the entire mask...no longer so cheap if they are to be changed every day or two (the microfiber ones last for a week or even more). Second, they are difficult to place (the material does not stick and moves around as you glue it to the mask) and often shift. Third, and most important, the microfiber stops the air leaks, and this material does not.To boot, the liners do not come with an adhesive already in them...you have to attach them with tape. So, I have come back to the choice of paying for the microfiber or using nothing at all. These do not do the trick.

Expensive Necessity
UPDATE: I have been using these for over a year now and they still work fine. Sewing three masks together has saved me hundreds of dollars and will save hundreds more in the future. I wear a large liner with a medium mask. In order for it to work well I needed to use three at one time to prevent leakage. Although they extended the life of the liners, they shifted and became soiled easily. About two weeks ago I had a seamstress sew three of these together (I made six). The liner in the photo has been worn 10 times so far and is still clean. It is sewn around the outer edges and around the inner opening. I have not washed them yet, but I think these six liners will last at least a year, if not more. It fits snugly and does not move around like the three un-sewn liners.

These liners are a game-changer!
I’ve been using a ResMed10 CPap machine for several years. After some experimenting I settled on a full face mask, the AirTouch F-20. The soft foam of that mask along with the RemZzzs combine to form a tight and comfortable seal. I can use each liner at least twice, so their cost is more like $15/month which to me is well worth it. I prefer the K2-FM Medium Full-Face liners because they have less extra material extending from the outer edges of my mask, but that’s just a matter of personal taste.

Very difficult to get them to fit the mask. Not worth the effort.
I use a CPAP mask that has a foam pad rather than the usual plastic pad. Although the foam pad is more comfortable, I bought these pads in hopes they would reduce air leaks that wake me up during the night. For me, this was a total bust. The liners were very difficult to get installed on the mask, and they didn't reduce air leaks at all. I suppose these liners were meant to be used with the masks having a plastic pad, but I don't think using them with the mask I have would make them easier to use.If you have a mask with a foam pad, don't bother getting these liners. They won't help with air leaks. If you use a mask with a plastic pad, they may increase comfort if you can use them.I hope this review was helpful for you.
