I bought this size container to put under my bed, as the height of this container fits perfect, slides right underneath. The containers came in good condition, no cracks. 1 lid out of 5 was missing the black clip on handle. The manufacturer wouldn’t ship it to Hawaii as the shipping is costly. So I had them ship it to my niece in Washington and she will mail it to me.

I, obviously, love this item because I have purchased multiple sets of these totes. However, the last two times I ordered them, they were some that had cracks in the lids and the totes themselves. I will continue purchasing these for my small business unless I find something better. They are the perfect size for me to be able to life and maneuver around. The bigger totes get too heavy when I fill them and I have to get someone else to move them for me. I also love the ability to be able to see what is in my tote so I do not have to guess what is in it. It makes storage organization easier for me.

I have ordered this set of bins four times in different sizes. The first set was fine. Strong enough for my purpose of storing books. In each of the next three sets, the plastic was split or cracked somewhere on one of the bins. On the first damaged one, I contacted Amazon to see if I could possibly replace the one bin. I was directed to IRIS. After being sent in circles with IRIS, I was finally able to talk with a customer service representative. I was put on hold and finally disconnected. I tried reaching them again several times and received a busy signal each time. A valid connection was never made with IRIS, so I gave up and returned the set to Amazon. I had already started storing things in the third set that I had purchased before I discovered one that was split. Since I did not want to dig out and unpack the stored items, I just kept the set. The fourth set, which I had already ordered, had a damaged bin right on the top of the set. I looked no further. and requested a return label. I feel I've given IRIS a fair trial. I have made my last purchase of their storage bins. Be sure to check each bin before you use any of them. Customer service has been atrocious in my experience.

This size tote box is great because I can easily carry it around when it's filled. The clear box makes it very easy for me to see the contents when looking for a specific item. At one time I wanted to purchase different colored totes for each holiday when storing holiday specific decor however I quickly decided this was a better choice because the clear totes with the black lids could easily be switched to suit any holiday or storage need. To label I simply took a large index card and wrote with a black sharpie what the contents were and placed it inside the box facing out. I can switch the cards at any time, they aren't stuck on there, they show through the clear walls of the totes. I'm no longer stuck with red totes that I don't need and that I can't see through. I LOVE the versatility of these. I do have some larger clear totes for oversized decor but I prefer these as I don't like having to lift heavy items to store in an attic. I'm really pleased with this purchase.

I ordered a pack of 4 bins, and 2 of them arrived broken (both the bin's rim and the lid). Broken pieces of hard plastic from the rim were at the bottom of the box. The corner of the box looked a little dented after closer inspection, so I assume it happened during shipping. I wanted to return them, but the package was so big and I needed at least a couple of bins immediately, so it just wasn't worth it to me.On the good side: the 2 bins that weren't damaged are great. The hand pull at the bottom side of the bin is an especially nice feature that allows them to be easily pulled out from higher shelves. From the photos, it appears that some of the other bins of the same brand, size, and price (but perhaps an older model) do not have this hand pull feature.

The box the item came in was not damaged, but one of the 8 bins is cracked. I'm sure I could return this item, but I don't want to repack the box and take it the UPS store.

I love a good organizational scheme and these totes recently helped me organize my boys bedrooms. They’re a good size for toys and are sturdy enough for little boys to drag around and not destroy (at least so far).

Purchased the 6-pack of 32 quarts. Upon arrival, had 3 lids with cracks, and 2 beyond use. Emailed Customer Service, and sent a couple of images of it, and they shipped out 3 new lids right away. They were very quick about responding and shipping new lids after confirmation of the manufacturing facility and order.Overall, I have some other brand similar 32 quarts, and I like these better, a touch more sturdy than the major brand I bought previously.

Clothing and storage. of clothing I found it very delicate, and if put on top of each other and moved in the car while bringing them to my storage area they were cracking and breaking. I also found one broken. In the shipping box, which was very annoying but use them and even the top to break if you put stuff on top of them, very disappointing and how flimsy they are would not suggest them for anything that has any weight or you feel like stacking.
