Best drink first thing in the morning.

These individual packs are really convenient. But I don't get it I've used this stuff many times before and usually the next day I'm movin like a freight train. 🤔 Will have to update but for now I like the convenience but for whatever reason this isn't as effective as the jar I buy at the drugstore. Update: It recommends to take 3 packets a day. It just feels less potent. Still though I like the convenience of the packets I'm bumping it up but they could make these to where you only need 1 packet a day.

A friend who was going through cancer treatments actually told me to buy Metamucil for my digestive health. She also said it would help me to get rid of stomach bloat. I bought this pack, it came with two full boxes with individual envelopes of the powder, to add to my water or juices. I add it to bottled water, give it a shake, and then drink it down. It tastes pretty good to me. A sweet orange flavor. The great think is, this product is sugar free! I did notice a couple of things: 1. It softened my you know what. It was a smooth move. 2. My bloat did decrease. My issue is I’m not consistent. I am going to start again and make more effort to be disciplined with drinking it. Overall, good product, great taste, and awesome value. The packets make it easy to carry in your pocket, purse, or car.

Yeah it's an awkward topic but I find one packet every night is enough to keep my digestive system moving. I eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables but the extra but of fiber from the psyllium husk has been a great addition to my overall diet. While I'm not too fond of the artificial sweeteners, I do like the orange taste. I may experiment with plain psyllium husk when I finish all the packets to see how it makes me feel without the artificial flavoring. Still, the packets measures the dosage for you, so it's really a convenient, easy product. With regular use, you might find your overall sense of wellbeing improve. I certainly have!

This product has changed my life for the better. If you're like me, live your life on the run and don't get the proper dietary fiber intake, this product is for you. Check with your doctor obviously before taking. Now, I can go out to restaurants with my wife with little fear, eat a full size meal with little risk of diarrhea. It has been an overall great experience with this product. I recommend this to anyone who has symptoms of IBS who has never been diagnosed, it could just be a lacking in your diet. There again, check with your doctor first.

I have had to use regular metamucil without any flavoring and I find the orange better than the regular but I still do not like to take metamucil because of the consistency of the product, but it is better than nothing at all.

No effective and very Expensive. it is just a flavour only
