Yes it looks small but it does exactly what it says
First things first: I bought this, it's not one of those "honest reviews" - you all know what I mean :)It's a genuine Swedish made (manufacturers' details moulded into the bottom) plastic folding cup. I don't know if it's army issue or not but it feels really good quality like a lot of Swedish military-issue gear (check out Swedish cold weather army surplus wool clothes - so warm!) The bottom half of the cup is semi-rigid, you can squash it up a little bit but of course this needs to be quite rigid or your tea/coffee would go everywhere :) The top half is more pliable and folds down into the bottom half making a really small neat package. At first sight it appears to be tiny like a child's toy so I do understand some reviewers' comments but just like Doctor Who's TARDIS it seems to be bigger on the inside as it holds 200ml which is about what you get in a 'normal' cup of tea/coffee. And of course the dimensions are there to read before buying, guys ;) There is a larger one for a couple of quid more if you are used to huge 600ml+ mugs of tea/coffee. I prefer the small because I reckon a 600ml drink would go cold before I could finish it in a plastic mug, and I can always boil a bit more water for a second fresh hot drink. Also this fits in my mini 'solo brew kit' which is a small aluminium camping pan with a BCB mini-stove, 3 fire-dragon blocks, tea, coffee, spoon, UHT milk-sticks and now the LGC (little green cup) inside. (I have a gas stove, kettle and proper cups for when 'glamping' with friends.)I bought mine from Military 1st who give excellent service (look at their rating) and they seem to often have the best price or thereabouts. They also put a mini packet of milirat themed jelly babies the packet which I thought was a really nice little touch!

Great value small trekking cup.
Much better than I initially expected! The cup is quite small, definitely a cup not a mug. It is made from a tough plastic, not rubber or silicone. On the bottom are some numbers, this the military NATO Stock Number. If the quality is good enough for the Swedish Army then it is OK for me. The base is large and flat so is quite stable on the ground. The folding design works surprisingly well and makes an already light cup much more compact. I bored a small hole in the handle of mine to attach a cord, which I find useful. When opened it reminds me of the Saami 'Kuksa' which is carved from birch wood. Great value and works well.

Brilliant
I can’t fault this cup. So far it’s been excellent. The only thing I can think of is that in winter if you put your hot drink down it will go cold quickly. But if that concerns you, get a thermal mug. It won’t fold though.

Good, but don't expect mug size!
Great little mug, compact, fits in glove compartment as a spare mug for "guests" I have my own in a brew kit in my van, ideal for 3 in 1 coffee packets. It is quite small not at all like my morning breakfast tea mug, but great for coffee, hot chocolate for my daughter when were on the go. Had it couple of years so seems durable enough. Weirdly satisfying to wash. Also being smaller I guess we don't pee as much!

Useful.
Not much to say about this. Its a cup that folds in on itself and you can drink from it just as the description says! It's certainly worth the money and I never thought a mug could be posted through my letterbox! Fast delivery from the supplier too!A nice little addition to my kit-bag!

Swedish cup
It is as described , hence 5 stars , but........it is tiny , it's light , mere grams , I took a punt cos it's cheap , but I'm not sure I'd trust the folding action of the cup , plus it's hardly worth boiling the kettle for , it's not for me , I'll stick with a heavier solid cup , might suit the ultra light brigade , this is my honest opinion, I would not buy this again
