SANS SUCRE Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse Mix - Sugar Free and Gluten Free

I used to get the Sans Sucre products up in NY many years ago. I cannot seem to find them down where I live now. Now that I am on a low carb, no sugar diet I wanted some dessert that didnt contain aspartame, and then I remembered the Sans Sucre products. I have to say I am so thrilled they made other flavors. Years ago all I could find was just regular chocolate (which I still like), but now my world has been opened to so many other flavors. I started out with the chocolate cheesecake and it is awesome. It got eaten up within the day. It actually didnt even last a whole day! It is that good! I have told my friends about the Sans Sucre products. This flavor is so good you dont even notice that it is sugar free and low cal. Definitely worth checking out.

I really liked this mousse mix. It tasted very good & was easy to make. A little on the expensive side compared to other mixes I've seen in stores.

Like: easy directions. 2 pouches per box. No aspartame. No saccharin. No artificial colors. Low carb. Dislike: much pricier than other sugar-free pudding mixes. Chemical aftertaste, possibly the artificial flavors. Portion size is ridiculously small: half-cup. Longer review: I am not used to artificial flavors in my food any longer. I notice that most products that contain artificial flavors, and chemical preservatives, taste unpalatable to me. It's not so bad that I will discard the product. I don't think average consumers will mind the fakey flavor. It made a good pudding with half and half. Smooth, rich texture, flavors not overly strong. It didn't fill my standard , store bought, shortbread cookie crust. Maybe 3/4 to 2/3 full. I'll try a different flavor before ruling out the brand. I won't get this one again.

Delicious, thick and rich. Easy enough to make. A bit pricey. Nice special treat for Chocolate loving diabetic.

I was on a low carb diet, and thought I found heaven when I tried the chocolate cheesecake mousse by Sans Sucre. I used half cream, half water to keep the carbs down, and it would whip up much faster than using skim milk. I do have a problem with the product since I had gastric bypass surgery--the whipped air in the mousse actually hurts my small stomach (air isn't a bariatric surgery patient's friend). I'm hoping I'll be able to eat this once again after my stomach has time to heal and adjust. Keeping my fingers crossed, because this stuff is delicious.
