It’s not bad but I thought it was a gel cleanser but it’s creamy. I don’t like texture

I have been struggling with rosacea for about 10 years. Many trips to the Dermatologist and multiple topical prescriptions later I finally found a face wash that calms the redness. It doesn’t take it away completely but it certainly helps and with Rosacare Serum and Moisturizer, my complexion is less blotchy. My only complaint is that when I was my face I like it to be ”squeaky clean” but this leaves a moisturized feeling. It’s definitely worth trying! It seems to be gentle on sensitive skin, is a silky thick consistency- I have extremely hard water (which doesn’t help my skin issues) so this doesn’t lather. I’m not sure if it will with soft water, FYI.

I like this cleanser. I thought I had a rosacea flare and it turned out not to be, but this cleanser is very pleasant to use. Not greasy or drying. A good cleanser for dry winters but when there’s a bit of acne flare. Definitely worth a try.

My rosacea has been so active this season. My face has had spots all over it and my cheeks have been VERY RED. After just a few washes from this, the redness and spots have seriously calmed down. I really don't know how it happened. My face was softer too! I don't like heavy scents or any really and I never really smell anything when I open the bottle. I have nothing bad to say about it!! Try it yourself, you won't regret!

I bought this facial cleanser because it was supposed to calm rosacea. It is a gentle cleanser, but it has not improved my rosacea to any significant degree.
