Bought after a PT recommended for transferring a family member who is wheelchair bound. Easy to use and great quality, doesn't feel like it will give way. Might need some getting use to setting up but works great!

My trainer recommended this after physical therapy, and it’s made a real difference. It’s sturdy, easy to adjust, and has helped relieve my neck tension during exercises and stretches. Great quality and very useful!

The belt is very sturdy and the length provides for wide range of adjustment. Be aware that it is a basic belt and requires some thought to get a good grip. Personally, I will be shopping for a more deluxe model with handles to make a secure grip more possible for me.
