Very delicious and spicy
I first tried this at my old job where we sell teriyaki chicken bowls and I knew I had to find them and it tasted so good. It adds a perfect amount of spice for my teriyaki chicken bowls

Yummy
Love this!!! Lasts a long time! Great flavor. I used to use regular sriracha, but the bottle doesn’t last long in my household! Lol!

Great size if you use a lot of this seasoning.
I use a lot of this seasoning so it was great to find the large container.

Has a nice kick
I love this stuff. It doesn’t really taste like Sriracha but it has the same components of sweet, savory and has a kick. I use it when I make an Asian pickle salad, on rice, noodles, ramen, eggs and even soups. I use it as more of an addition as opposed to an ingredient, usually as a topper.

So good, so versatile, such a bargain, so happy, here's a recipe!
Edit:. This is SO good, I'm coming back to share a simple recipe I crafted up, inspired by the sauce I enjoyed on a Ghost Pepper Coconut Shrimp Burrito. It's a great example of the versatility of this spice blend. . 1 C Mayonnaise 1 T McCormick Sriracha Seasoning 1 T Sugar, White, Granulated 1 t Vinegar, White (optional) 5-6 dashes of Ghost Pepper Powder (Sonora Spice Company, get it on Amazon, best you'll ever find) Mix all in a bowl, chill overnight to meld flavors, serve on almost anything, seriously. Fries, burritos, fish, onion rings, celery sticks, use it to make tuna/chicken salad. I now keep a squeeze bottle in my fridge (also available here on Amazon) Original Review: Surprisingly good and the flavor is great. Not quite a replica of the "Rooster Sauce", but I'm happy it's not. It has a more complex, deeper flavor that works great with marinades and adds no extra liquid. If you enjoy spicy and complex, give this a shot. A little goes a long way, and even though this jar is a touch spendy, it's an incredible value when compared to the small 2 oz jars

Great
This is one of the best grocery items I’ve purchased in a while. The quality is consistently great, and it’s become a must-have in my kitchen. Whether I use it in recipes or enjoy it on its own, it always delivers in taste and freshness. The packaging is convenient, and it has a long shelf life, which is a big plus. Highly recommend adding this to your regular shopping list!
