This is a real review. I bought the peach and the pineapple. They're delicious and fizzy. I'm wanting to try some other flavors, too. Try it, you'll probably like it.

It's fizzy, just don't use too much water, it'll water it down. I haven't tried it with carbonated water, just still water.

I know that some sugar is needed to make kombucha and the ingredients list cane sugar. but it says that there are zero grams of sugar. How so?

It says there's less than one gram of sweetner.

It says, “Contains traces of milk, soybean.” So this is not vegan?

That's the wording they use to warn that the item may have been prepared using equipment that might have been used, previously, to process other foods such as nuts, milk products, etc. For people who are extremely allergic, a seemingly insignificant trace of the allergen can be fatal. For most people, a trace amount is not a concern.
