I really like these shoes so far
Me: A mail carrier who needed to replace his shoes that were falling apart. The shoes: Very lightweight, black synthetic/mesh with white soles. Includes black laces and spare white ones. Nice spongy insoles.I wore them to work today for the first time, and they felt a little bigger than my usual 10.5's, surprisingly. I normally wear New Balance shoes for active/walking activities, and that's what I base this on. Nike's usually run small and narrow on me. Aside from feeling slightly large, I have a feeling 10's would feel slightly small. One thing I can say for certain that on my first day of wearing these shoes, what a world of difference between these shoes and a pair of Fila walking shoes I bought from Kohl's 5 months ago. The Fila's started falling apart 2 weeks ago, so that's why I bought these. Even if these fall apart in the same amount of time, the difference in comfort is huge. One more negative (and this is nit-picking): the laces are a tad short. Not terribly short, just a little bit. The good thing is not once today did I have to re-tie them.UPDATE 8/15: After wearing these for over a week, the soles are already flattening. I didn't expect this to happen so soon, but it is. Also, I've noticed not a lot of ankle support. If you're walking on a lot of uneven ground you might want to avoid this shoe. With that said, it's still a very comfortable shoe.

Need an "E" or "EE" width
These shoes are somewhat small. A "D" width was all that was available, but a wider width in an "E" or "EE" would have been better for me. This is very common for me so I usually end up buying the widest available then go through a slow break in period until my shoes stretch out a bit. I am able to do that, but someone with larger feet might not. Otherwise the shoes were just as expected. A very lightweight shoe with good cushioning.

Feels really good as first, but wears out way too quickly.
I bought these shoes back on June 27, 2014. When I first got them I would have to say they were probably close to the best feeling shoes I've ever walked in. Very comfortable on long walks, and very supportive. After about 100 - 120 miles of walking the bottoms were extremely worn down, they are not nearly as comfortable as they used to be, and in fact, the inside of the right shoes has started wearing through in the past few days to the point where it are starting to hurt. On the one hand, I've never had a better feeling pair of shoes, but on the other hand, I've never had a pair wear out this quick. In fact, they usually last at least twice as long. Once last thing... I tried dealing with their customer support reps at Sketchers. That was a worthless joke. I kept getting scripted emails in response to my inquires. I told them I would be trying another brand, and was ignored.

Disappointed in how they are wearing
I purchased these shoes in April based on the reviews. I am a 62 year old man and wanted a good walking shoe. When I received them I could not wait to try them. They fit beautiful, were light as a feather and seemed to be well made. I could not wait to try them. On my first walk I was so happy with the way they felt. I walk 1 mile a day 3-4 times a week. I only wear these shoes when I take my walk in the morning, then change into my regular sneakers. I am so disappointed as the soles are almost worn flat. I love the shoe but being retired I cannot afford to buy a new pair of shoes every two months. I would have thought that the soles of these shoes would have lasted longer than 6 weeks. When you think about it at 4 miles a week I have only traveled 24 miles in these shoes and the soles are almost worn flat. I cannot help but think there is a manufacturing defect in these shoes due to the way the soles wore out so fast.

Taking a walk
I have a wide foot and a D size is usually OK for me as I can loosen the laces a little and the shoe can expand enough for comfort. Having read a number of reviews on this product, I knew my regular size (101/2) would be tight so I ordered size 11s.The shoes are very light and look great. I would have rated the shoe a five except for the fact the tongue, which protects the top of your foot from the laces, is sewn to the body of the shoe except at the very top. This reduces how much the shoe can expand. This made the fit a little tight. I decided to keep the size 11s and break them in as another half size would have been much too long for my foot. After a few days on my morning walk, the shoes have stretched a little and the fit is better.

Great Fit, Comfy Shoe
Previously owned a pair of size 13 Sketchers Shape Ups which were a tad large on my feet. Went looking for size 12.5, not many choices. Purchased a 12.5 Men's US size in the Sketchers Men's [Go 2] Walking Shoe in Black/White without ever trying them on locally, or trying a 12.5 on in general even. Great fit, and a very comfy shoe. Good looking shoes, also. Incredibly light (at least to me), so they don't weight my feet down at all.Unless you tie them really loose or have practically no heel, don't plan to just slip them on, though. These feel like they are meant to be tied each time.If you need a low profile casual tennis shoe for summer I can strongly recommend a pair of these.

Good shoes
I bought a pair of Sketchers boat/slip on loafers to replace a pair of Royal Elastics I'd had for years. Based on those I decided to try for another pair to replace a 10+ year old set of Adidas runners I had. These are great. Super light weight, excellent sole for walking, the only thing is the tongue. It doesn't come fully out as on other athletic shoes, it is part of the shoe, so you slip into them then you really don't need to do them up tight, as the construction holds the shoe on.They were about half the price I could buy them for here in Australia. Colour good, no issues. I'll be buying more of Sketchers shoes as the ones I have now have not disappointed me.Nice of them to include a set of grey shoe laces as well as the white ones.

For the price not worth it would expect them to last longer for the amount we paid. Fit as expected and mighty comfy but the product does not last long.

I've seen some previous reviews which stated that the shoe does not breath and it is hot to wear. In a word.... WRONG!!

Good For Standing, Not Durable if Constantly Walking
I wore these shoes all day while walking 8-10 miles and found them to be very good at protecting and cushioning. They were very good for my arches, ankles and knees.
