La première fois que j'en ai acheté, le spaghetti était mangeable, plus près de la forme classique du spaghetti. Ce que j'ai reçu a la texture des cheveux d'ange ou vermicelle et c'est comme de la paille à manger. Très désagréable et chère pour ce que c'est.

I recently started a low carb diet and was looking another alternative to pasta as you can only eat that resembled actual pasta. I've heard hat some people complain about the smell. I rinsed the noodles and added them to my 'pasta' dish. Although the texture is not quite the same as pasta, the noodles absorb the flavor of the sauce really well so the texture wasn't an issue for me so it was a win win for me. I will definitely purchase this item again!

In my second last order of konjac spaghetti, one serving (out of 2 boxes of 8 servings each) was defective and inedible (taste and look like dental floss), but the Amazon representative gave me a partial refund to compensate me for this loss. For the current order, I chose to buy the konjac spaghetti rather than the fettuccine because it was much cheaper then I found out that it was past the due date by about 2 weeks. I did not contact customer service because I intend to eat all of it anyway and it tastes perfectly fine. These konjac noodles are a favourite keto food (fettuccine being my favourite).
