Great tuner! The picture quality is one of the best I've seen and I've owned many pc tuners. I love that you can utilize analog and the digital tuners at the same time (be sure to get the latest drivers from the Amd website). The digital tuner can also receive QAM non-encrypted from sources such as your cable company which I have been utilizing with Charter and have a great picture utilizing it in Beyond TV 4. The remote is simple and nicely laid out however if your going to use Beyond Tv I suggest the Streamzap remote. I also suggest using the Nvidia Purevideo decoder to view your recorded/live tv/movies within Beyond Tv 4. It has a great picture compared to the other decoders. Also, for more options with decoders you can install the K-lite codec pack full edition for free and I haven't heard of any issues with it like some people claim with other codec packs. If you have any issues with tuning in your QAM and you've tried everything else try boosting your catv signal. I boosted it 10db and got a great picture. For those of you that decide to go with this tuner I really don't think you can do better for the price enjoy it!

ATI TV Wonder HD 650
Works with Windows 7 64-bit using Vista 64-bit drivers available on ATI website. Latest info from ATI indicates no plans to develop Windows 7 Drivers. Works with Windows Media Center and ATI Media center. Lags/skips if multitasking. I'm looking into turning off the pause Live TV feature to reduce CPU and harddrive write usage. Can switch off in ATI's software but didn't find in Windows Media Center as yet.System I'm running on is Core2Duo 2.2GHz 3GB RAM, Nvidia dedicated video mem. Laptop Dell M1330.Previous experience with TV cards. ATI All-in-Wonder 9000 Pro PCI for desktops and the Catalyst software is much better than the one bundled with this new product. No lags/skipping when multitasking with All in Wonder 9000 even when using buffer to pause live TV.Still learning and tweaking so this is just a preliminary review.

Easy to install and use, works great with Windows Media Center
The TV Tuner works great with Windows Media Center. Recognizes ATSC digital TV over air, and NTSC Cable both at the same time so works as a true dual tuner. You can connect both ATSC wire as well as NTSC wire at the same time. I cannot comment on the ATI software for watching TV simply because it takes some time to setup and Media center setup is easy and works fine. I did not even have to install the driver as Windows Vista with Media center found it automatically.

Will not work on Win 7 media 64, but got program from mfr which does work. Sometimes on startup have to reboot.

not a very good product
I cannot say I enjoy this product, especially software package - constantly hangs my machine, almost never shuts down on its own, so I have to restart my box by just switching the power off???Apart from that I was able to capture video from my camcorder. Also, only using ATI supplied software which is total garbage. I could not capture videos using any other product.

Waste of Money on a PRE-2007 PC
This device is not worth it on a PRE-2008 PC.First of all: Read the shortcoming details. It's HD Antenna. Not HD Cable. If you live in a house already supplied with Cable it's not your tuner.Second: There are no HD Cable tuners out there except with a 2008 Certified Manufacturer PC.Third: The tuner fritzes out now and then so it's not good to use against a PRE-2008 computer.

Great device, no support for Windows 7 yet
I purchased this device a couple years ago, and I really love it. It worked great with Windows XP and Windows VISTA. I can say the software that comes with it really stinks, but if you have Windows Media Center it finds it with no problems and works great. I watched TV on the PC all of the time with Windows Media Center minimized to one screen, and it didn't bog down the system at all.My problems started when I upgraded to Windows 7 x64. There were no drivers available on the ATI/AMD website, with comments "Coming in Q1 of 2010.....subject to change if we feel like it." It's now the middle of February and still no drivers. Hopefully in less than another month and a half, but who knows??!!?!? Several people claim they have a workaround for Windows 7, and I've tried several, but it seems that most of them only work with Windows 7 x32, or they only work with the PCI card, not the USB version.I really wish I could get this to work. I have an extra cable box specifically for my PC, but if I can't use it, it really stinks. They say there is support for the TV WONDER 750 versions with Windows7, but up until recently they were only available as OEM installations, either way I'm not really interested in giving more money to AMD/ATI.
