Love this thread. Works well for all purpose projects. This bulk thread is a great value, good neutral color, good quality and a good find.

This thread is comparable to other threads I have used in the past and is suitable for sewing fabric together to make quilts. I haven’t used it for quilting yet.

This White polyester thread is sold in packages of 12. It works very well for my beginning hand quilting students. I have purchased this item(S) several times during the past year because my students go through so much and it is sturdy.

RE: Coats & Clark Dual Duty All Purpose Thread 230A - 400 Yards Each Spool - 12 Pack NaturalI've been using this brand of thread for decades as was my mother before me.It doesn't take up any more space in the thread box to store a spool with 200yds or a spool with 400yds. So for convenience of not having to toss away the spools so often (or store twice as many), I really like that these contain 400yds.I also like that I have found this thread in a 12pk and I prefer the Natural color as opposed to the stark white. For me, the natural color blends in better with most fabrics and looks, well, more natural. 😊Update: I came back to order more and this time one of the spools arrived broken at one end which has rendered it unusable for machine use.

Nice package deal with multiple colors and a few needle threaders.
