This stuff made my poo smell like rancid cabbage, and the smell was strong.. but otherwise, it does work. I was taking this in combination with a keto pill bottle for 2 weeks straight and then my appetite went down by about 90 percent so I was losing weight more easily. I also appreciate that these pills are smaller than my keto pills (which look like horse tranquilizers..) However, the rancid smell I was leaving in bathrooms was too embarrassing. I have to give up on these pills.

I’ve managed to lose 10lbs in one month due to this product with exercise. I take 1 pill about 30 minutes before any meal and it makes me feel full and therefore I eat a lot less and really don’t have the urge to snack. I have a family of 6 and making different dinners for me and the rest of my family wasn’t an option and counting calories wasn’t working I was hungry and hangry. I started using this and it made the hangry go away!!! The only negative side effect I have experienced happens if I take it and don’t eat I sometimes has a bad case of diarrhea. It is TOTALLY worth the money spent - I just reordered my next bottle to help me on my continued weight loss journey.

I signed up to try this out through a rebate program. Didn't realize until I got it that none of the ingredients are non-gmo. Also that it's only "formulated" in the USA. Really didn't feel good about being on this product for very long because of those reasons. Don't feel like I'm really able to give complete feedback on this product.

The product was easy to open, dispense and take. I did not notice a taste or flavor. I have been taking this for 10 days as directed and I have stepped up my exercising. Thus far, I haven’t seen any difference. This might work better for some than others. I will update my review if things change.

I just started using this product. I love the package and the flavor is not bad. I havent seen any results yet but eager to see them. Its going very well so far. I take the pills 2 a day. Not a lot of side effects i get nauseous sometimes when i wait too long to eat after taking the pill.

About me: I'm female, 27 years old, pear-shaped, weighed 173 lbs. at start, 5' 5". I wanted to lose weight for my wedding in July of next year. I began taking the GC on August 22nd. On July 15th, I completely changed my diet. I was one of those people who ate fast food, huge fatty lattes, bagels, fried food, everything bad constantly. Since I received the pills 20 days ago, I've lost 15 pounds. Pretty remarkable for someone who doesn't have a LOT of weight to lose. I have maintained the healthier diet, and drinking mostly water, but my exercise has mostly stopped due to a busier schedule. The weight-loss seems to happen through a process of gaining momentum, I'm losing 3 pounds a day, now. The thing is, I can feel my metabolism working constantly. Hopefully it maintains; I know this journey has really helped me in watching my portions and eating when I'm actually hungry.Good luck!

Garcinia Cambogia by the ILK Company are taken 1 caplet twice daily after meals. Before I decided to purchase these I wanted to change my eating habits and add in a little workout to my daily schedule. I did my own research on foods that will help speed my metabolism and understanding the balance of meals my body is recommended to intake. If you folks are serious about getting your health back and or trying to lose weight I would highly recommend you to speak with your doctor/nutrition specialist first so that they can help and guide you through out your eating/drinking habits. So back to my experience with this garcinia cambogia, I ate 3 meals a day and 2 snacks - breakfast: only a cup of veggies, half of Apple or banana, 1 cup or sliced mango, 1 cup of vanilla soymilk, 1tbsp of spirulina. 2 slices of oat bread with trader joes cookie butter. Snack: 2 boiled brown organic eggs Lunch: 1 cup of diced okra (cooked) Snack: 1 ruby grape fruit (helps with burning fat) Dinner: chicken breast, salmon or mackerel with 1 scoop of brown rice, and diced asparagus (cooked) I drank a gallon of water everyday! Walked my dog for 30 minutes 5 times a week and so I continued to portion my foods and watched my calorie intake with calorie count for a month. I hadn't seen any physical changes so I decided to purchase this to help with my stubborn fat and water weight. Today I made 10 days on this garcinia cambogia and it's great! I have shed a lot of weight!
