Is there a attachment to divert the steam/exhaust away from the back of the oven? The steam makes the underside of the cabinets very wet

The door of my oven is very hard to open, is the spring to strong? Any fix?

So I use both hands, one on top of the oven, one on the door handle to open it. I like that it’s sturdy, unlike my previous Cuisinart steam oven, the door was easy to open but it broke after only couple of years.
