Perfect... And the envy of my office colleagues!
I love everything about this iced tea maker! It brews just the right strength. The design is spectacular and genius! It's so easy to use; no spills, no mess. Just place your tea in the bottom (I use tea bags). Pour boiling water up to the line. Let sit for 5ish minutes (but even that is foolproof) Then fill the inner chamber with ice and lower it in to the brewed tea below. It's that easy! Great taste every time. Perfect size. Extremely functional at work. I've even made iced coffee w/ it.Update: still using this thing daily. Only thing I don't like is the markings on the outside are fading. I had to use a sharpie to fill in the line for hot water.

Perfect cup for iced tea drinkers!!!
I LOVE this cup! I am an avid unsweet iced tea drinker. I was so tired of the waste with K-cups, and tea in the fridge just tasted gross after a couple days. This is PERFECT. it's so simple. Just fill to the line with hot water, drop in a tea bag (string removed), once it's done steeping, then slide inner cup filled with ice. It melts into the perfect mug of iced tea. Doesn't leak, fits in my car cupholder. Easy to carry around. Dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Super cute appearance, plus you can see how much you have left.Quite simply the perfect cup for iced tea drinkers. I bought several.

Great for hot beverages
I love this for French press hot beverages and for adding ice to make iced tea from loose teas. I haven't figured out how much cold water to put if I'm not adding ice to the middle tube - my drink tends to overflow when I press down the mesh part, or the tea leaves end up in the drinking part. But for hot beverages it's perfect - not thermos hot, but I like how your hand isn't hot while your drink is steamy, and how it's clear so you can see what you're drinking.

I love this
I am the kind of person who criticizes people for buying quick oats, because oatmeal hardly takes any time at all to make already. However, that is not what this is. Sure, it is easy enough to just make tea by a more standard method, and this type of cup is not going to change the flavor of your tea all on its own. This just changes the process in a way that is very efficient, neat, and simple. Some people may not like the idea of carrying their used tea leaves around in a trapped area of their cup, even though it is out of sight and does not seem to make the cup weight much different. By keeping the used leaves on hand, I can brew an additional cup. So, I brew one cup and take it to work, then come home for lunch and brew me another cup while I drink something else with my lunch, and I drink that cup in the afternoon. I do this every day, and I would never expect a cup at this low price to be holding up this well. One last note: There is a rubber cap at the bottom that is removable. I am glad it is there, and that it is removable because it reduces the racket of me banging this around when I carry it or use it at my desk at work. So far so good.I ended up forgetting this thing over at my buddy's house, and I turned around and quickly bought the same one all over again. I am completely satisfied!

The Easy Iced Tea Solution
I have a bags of loose tea sitting around because I did not want to go through the hassle of boiling some water in a pot, and then steeping the tea using these hard to clean tea balls. I found this during prime days and thought I'd give it a shot.Today is the first day that I've used it and i LOVE it! The hardest part was to separate the inside container from the outer shell. It was stuck at first but I eventually got the two pieces separated. So I dropped the loose tea in the bottom, added some almost boiling water, and let it steep. Easy. Then I filled the inner container with ice and put it back in. No mess! The top has an opening that is easy to drink out of. It's so simple and I am happy. Now I have to take time to figure out a tea to water ratio that works for me.I will update this as I use it. I have to clean out the tea later. But I love it and will not hesitate to get another one.

It’s so good I gave up flavored sparkling water!
I use this every day! Here’s what works for me to get the best tea to ice ratio—I steep 3/4 cup butterfly pea tea or a fruity Celestial Seasonings tea bag in a Pyrex cup, then pour the tea in the tea maker. Add the ice insert and a little water, and boom, it’s so refreshing! I’m a fan!
