There is nothing like Performance Tea Focus blend. It revolutionizes my ability to stay at my desk and on task, even when I’d rather be doing something else. There is none of the ups and downs of coffee / caffeine. Just solid, steady state. I use the Energy blend as well, but feel a difference with Focus that I have not experienced with any of the modern, and progressive drinks, teas, supplements, etc.

I didn't like the flavor, but I'm not a big mushroom fan. It also may be better if the product was packaged like tea. The powder is very fine, & it easily becomes airborne if you're not really careful when you open the packet. I only purchased a small amount, so there is no way for me to evaluate any health claims, but I did not recognize any immediate boost in energy or mental clarity.

I smells like coffee! I didn't really taste a difference in my coffee (which is a good thing). It doesn't completely dissolve very well (there was powder residue at the bottom of my mug). I felt calmer and more centered and focused throughout my day which is super helpful since work can be hectic and fast paced (at times, anxiety inducing). I highly recommend this supplement.

I really like that this doesn't have added flavoring or a lot of inert stuff to make it taste good and lower the potency. Even the one non-supplement ingredient, non-GMO corn sugar, is very, very trace and while I would normally avoid a corn sugar ingredient, there's next to none in the actual mix. You're getting almost 100% straight herbs and mushroom powders per tube. And that's why I still wanted to rate this at least 4 stars. That said.....this is HARD to get down!!!I would honestly rather get the same ingredients via capsule form and I don't normally say that as someone who's used to adding rather unpleasant herbal powders to a lot of my foods for health reasons. (Each one of these tubes could fit into 2 large vitamin capsules.)This stuff is very astringent, like unripe persimmon astringent. It has a strongly off-putting flavor of dirty underwear and that bittering agent added to non-food things to keep kids from eating them, you know, that stuff. Makes just about any liquid inedible unless you add it to at least 10 ounces of flavorful tea, add lots of creamer, sweetener, cinnamon, etc, and drink it VERY hot, quickly, so you basically scald your esophagus as it goes down but trick yourself into thinking it's delicious. Does not work well in coffee because the dual bitterness ascends to an s tier level of hair-curling magnitude. But with careful and experienced disguising techniques, it can be consumed. Just don't do what I did with the first tube I tried: mix it in 3 ounces of espresso and suffer extreme stomach curdling nausea for the next hour.In order to make this more palatable to consumers, most companies would add more cocoa powder, more monk fruit, and a lot more inert fillers like maltodextrin. But honestly, I respect a company that bites the bullet and goes for potency, concentration, and purity even at the risk of negative reviews from people who want something to always taste like a Starbucks latte. And that's why I really want to say this isn't that bad of a product, ingredient-wise.One complaint I have is that there is no mention of how much caffeine is in each tube and that's a big issue for those of us who are sensitive to caffeine. Contrary to popular belief, more caffeine doesn't exactly lead to more focus and energy and if you are like I am, caffeine actually will make you foggy-headed and sick as well as fatigued at high doses. A lot of the herbs in this blend lead to focus and elevated mood without caffeine but a few of them are pretty strong stimulants at concentrated dosages. This stuff does contain caffeine, I just don't know how much, and it would be nice if the company specified.

The tea tasted ok, not horrible but not super tasty. It did not give me a lot of energy. I didn't notice anything with focus either.

I really did not like the taste of this tea. It was not strong enough for my soul.
