Banglijian Hearing Amplifier Rechargeable Personal Sound Amplifier (PSAP) with Digital Noise Cancelling to Aid and Assist Hearing

I ordered this Banglijian hearing aid for a friend a few weeks ago, and he was so pleased with it that he asked me to get another. He was pleased with both the quality and the price. He felt it worked as well as his much more expensive aid which had finally died.When I had trouble getting my Amazon account to send something to an address other than mine, it ended with two hearing aids being sent. When I tried to stop the second one and failed, Banglijian was remarkable in their response. First, they responded in less than 12 hours. Secondly, they offered several ways to deal with the problem, and in both choices were more than fair. (As a side note, the problem had partially occurred because they were so efficient in sending the devices.) This is a remarkable company with honesty, efficiency and fairness in all they did for us. I cannot recommend them too highly!

I love these hearing aids! THEY ARE LOUD! They deliver excellent hearing at a reasonable price. Finally, someone made a good hearing aid at a low price. They perform as well as my $4000 Phonaks that finally died. Do you think I got ripped off buying the over priced Phonaks? I DO!I have severe hearing loss. I have been wearing hearing aids for over 10 years. I have tried several hearing aids from several different companies in all price ranges. I can assure you that you WILL NOT find a better hearing aid anywhere at this price or even 10X higher. I speak from years of experience and I do not lie!

I bought this amplifier for myself in June. It took a little getting used to. I experimented with the large tube then the smaller one. Also tried the open and closed earbuds. I did find a combination that I like, is comfortable, and works very well for my right ear that was damaged some years ago. I did not realize just how much I was NOT hearing. Alot! I charge it every morning as I enjoy my coffee. When I'm ready for it, it's ready for me. It is such a fine unit that I ordered two varieties from Banglijian for my sister who has been putting off getting one for too long. She's trying them out now. I can't wait to hear how it helps her! I have been wearing my pair of Banglijian Hearing Amplifier devices for about a month. They have been quite helpful to me. It took a bit of time to get them adjusted to fit my ears properly. I find that they help most with one-on-one conversations (which is what I wanted them for; I am a clinical psychologist and hearing exactly what the patient says is quite important). After a couple of weeks I had trouble with one unit squealing. I began to get quite frustrated with this but decided to communicate with Kaven. I'm not sure if he owns the company or is the customer service rep. However, he has always been the one to communicate with me. In fact, his first communication was a few days after I received the original pair to ensure they were working properly. When I explained the problem with the squealing he immediately said he would send a replacement unit--no questions asked beyond the explanation of the problem that I had sent him. The new unit arrived in about two days and it works great. I am extremely pleased.

I have tried five or six pairs of hearing amplifiers and two sets of high-dollar hearing aids. This one works better for me than all the others, except for one significant problem. None of the six provided ear domes will completely eliminate feedback. The intermittent squealing is not acceptable. Maybe my best bet is to find a place that makes custom ear molds.I am surprised that the charging circuit apparently does not have protection built in to prevent overcharging the battery. That is a simple design feature (I am a retired electrical engineer specializing in circuit design). I notice that other units from this manufacturer apparently have this feature.I found that it makes a buzzing sound if I stand near an operating microwave oven. Solution--stand back when heating breakfast.The customer service seems to be top notch. I received a message via Amazon that they are anxious to resolve any problems.

I have had this amplifier for 6 months now. I have tried several others including one that cost $350. This is by far the best, the others are not even close. I have almost no hearing in my left ear, but wearing this in my right ear which is also diminished but not as bad I can hear conversations, tv, etc. Another good thing about it is that it is a rechargeable built in battery so no batteries to change and it has an on off switch so you do not have to remove the battery to shut off. I have since purchased another one to have as a back up. for the price if I only get 6-7 months is worth it. Highly recommend!

I don't want to spend $5000 on hearing aids - I don't need them constantly.But these are a perfect price to try and it is amazing the change they make when I need them.Primarily use to watch television in the living room without having to turn the noise up so much I disturb others in the house. For that, they couldn't be more perfect.I also use for meetings - as long as they aren't overly noisy. After all, they are enhancing hearing, not specifically the speaker's voice!!!Regarding some complaints:For someone not used to hearing aids, they do take some getting used to.Yes, if touched wrong, they will squeal - but they stop.I have long hair, so they are well hidden but not very obvious even with my hair tucked behind my ear.MOST IMPORTANT: This vendor is amazingly responsive. Use email.I was missing a small part but didn't even notice until I was trying to try a different configuration of the hearing aid. They send a refurbished device, with the part, to be sure I was whole. Wow! That is going above and beyond.I am certain I will be buying another one for my other ear if I feel it is necessary.
