Need a negative star for faulty/misleading sales pitch.
I purchased this OmniDesk believing in HP products. This is not an issue with HP this is an issue with the seller and/or who constructed and loaded info into this PC. It is suppose to have Windows 11, however it only has Windows 10, it says to activate Windows 11 which I tried several times and kept getting a message that it will not activate without a key code which is not provided. I contacted HP tech support and they looked into this PC thru remote viewing access and informed me to return it as it was not programmed properly for use and they could not help me with the issue, there are a few other minor issues also but enough said. I was told by the HP tech that sellers buy cheap bulk from HP and then refurbish/reconstruct and sell for a higher price thru various sellers as a "new" computer. Just an FYI to all, I hope that Amazon will publish this as I know they sometimes will not. I purchased a new PC directly from HP and will be returning this one promptly. UPDATE: 1/10/26 I did return this, I paid $876.98 however the seller only refunded $823.83, I am looking into the why.
