I bought one of these for our restaurant and it did not work upon arrival; it would not toast. I returned it and bought another. The second one did not work either, would not toast, would shut off suddenly. Terrible quality. Will never buy Vevor products again.

I purchased this for the use in a restaurant. We use brioche and Texas toast. They each toast differently at different temps. I was expecting to save time toasting both, so it didn't help with what I needed it for. It's only good for one type of bread.

If u need a toaster that doesn't toast then this is the product for u. What a joke

The sellers tried to keep my money and not refund me for a burnt plug 🔌 on the oven I had to pay to package and send back. DONT buy they’re defective.

Not worth buying if you are using this toater in a restaurant. Only a 1 year warranty. Parts are not available if it breaks. Customer service is awful.

Have trouble getting the toaster to brown the same on both sides or at a consistent temperature. Tried to speak with customer service and they were not help.
